I am always satisfied at the quality of service and professionalism at Kayser's. I believe I've been a customer for over 20 years!

the service went great I delivered the car in the morning and they called me by 5 the same day. The service tech explained everything that was going on with my car and the nice thing was they do not charge anything for diagnostics. The best thing that they did which no one else has done was to email me a detailed estimate. I was able to determineis money where a problem. Had and ignition coil replaced and picked it up the very next day. Great service and they providea warranty on service.

The AC Condenser Issue was 1st Identified at a local toyota dealership. I was turned off by the astronomical price quote, so I immediately referred to the Listing of Auto Service Providers in Angie's List. I chose Kayser based on Good Feedback by various customers. David was very attentive and professional from Start to Finish. A Mechanic quickly Diagnosed/Identified the Issue and was able to perform/complete the task by end of day. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of Kayser, and would highly recommend them.

About 7 yrs ago my car was smoking/steaming on the highway. I took the nearest exit and wound up in Kayser's Automotives parking lot. Rather than have my car towed to the mechanic I was currently using, (and incurring another expense) I had Mr Kayser take a look. Not only did they fix that problem, but they clued me on another problem I had been informed about at the previous shop. What the previous shop did not tell me was how much money I would save in labor costs if I did all the maintenance work at the same time. The other company estimate was about $1700 dollars, Joey and his staff did the repairs for about $500. And I never went back to the other place. Joey and David and their staff have been working on my car ever since, they explain things I don't understand, and have even been available for telephone advice if I am concerned about something. This last time , my car was due an oil change, and needed brake service. I just knew I was going to need a whole new brake system. Wrong again. They fixed what was needed, and double checked everything. Friendly, honest, excellent service, am I going back, absolutely.

Got my car in right away did the necessary repairs and was extremely professional and knowledgable. Work was done quickly and expertly. I would absolutely recommend this facility and will take any of my cars for any work to be done .

They replaced the high pressure fuel injector. Did a great job.

Great! I dropped it off, and within an hour I received a call with the assessment and estimate. They did a less expensive fix first rather than just replacing everything, which is appreciated. Within a couple of hours, it was ready. I didn't have to sit around wondering about the status as they called me promptly with both the estimate and the completed job. The final cost was exactly what was estimated. They could have recommended all sorts of other work (it's an older car), but they stuck with just what I brought it in for.

The mechanics at Kayser's do everything. There's nothing I haven't seen them do. They can be a little expensive, but they are very honest. I don't ever have to worry about them not doing the work. They are just very kind and they have high integrity. They are very quick and they can diagnose anything. They try to fit me in whenever they can. They do quality work, so they are kind of busy.
