The place is a play room that looks like a daycare center with the exception of the moon bounce in the middle. All parents and children must have socks to enter the playroom. The room itself consist of several center ares kitchen, boat, dress up, toddler toys etc. The moon bounce in the center obstructs vision of the children so most parents walked around following their kids to each area to supervise. Actual play time at the party was about an hour as 30 minutes is eating and the last 30 minutes for cake and gifts. Our host planned a side game in which they hid little figurines in the playroom while the kids were eating. Once announced that kids finding the figures would win a prize the children set out in search of the items. As we proceeded to follow the kids into the room they were already being scolded by staff for making a mess in the room and told to clean it up. There was still an hour left in the party and we as parents began to clean the discarded toys. The game caused the kids to frantically search the area making a mess however seeing how it was a game in a play room the staff could have handled it better. For instance announcing clean-up time right before the cake. The ceiling tiles were also in disarray sharp corners were hanging down over the moon bounce slide area. I did not let my children continue to play in it for fear of injury. When the owner was made aware of my concerns he accused me of being a bad parent and not watching my children very unprofessional. I would invite Angie customers to read his Yelp reviews there is a pattern of bad service and a rude owner.

"Yes I do encourage people to check yelp reviews, especially the hidden ones you can't see. We are very passionate about our business so yes we do respond to all our negative reviews. The Moonjump is actually in the back of the playground and not in the middle. Our play ground was set up so you view your child from the center of the playground. We do apologize if your kids were asked to clean up , we have never had a scavenger hunt in our playground. This game was not told to us that it was going to happen. So when we see kids throwing toys, lifting chairs, and going crazy in search of hidden figurines and parents not saying anything for the welfare of the kids or property we have to step in. We know if you hosted a party at your house and this happened without your knowledge I'm sure you would think differently. Our ceiling tiles were fixed as soon as we were notified. Please be honest, we have never told anyone to take their business else where when they have reported a concern. You never reported anything to us, this is the same review as you did in yelp."

We have used JAC for several childrens' parties and it is always a success. From the moment we arrived they assisted us
with just about everything. This allowed us to enjoy the event instead of prepping, cleaning, serving, etc.
