JR Ramon Demolition

It couldn't have gone any better and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. We first met with the project manager, Victor, who came out and gave us a bid. We also got bids from other companies, but JR Ramon's was the lowest. But that's not the only reason we chose them. They're very professional and it's the largest demolition company in San Antonio, so of course they were licensed, bonded and insured (and provided us with documentation). We set the date and Victor and his team came out first thing in the morning and got started. As trailers were filled with debris they were immediately hauled away. By the end of the day the guys weren't quite done, so they finished the next morning. They left the ground clean and flat; I could barely tell anything had ever been there. All the guys on the team were super nice and VERY efficient. JR Ramon didn't take any money upfront; they were paid after the job was done. I highly recommend both JR Ramon and Victor!
