The first time I used Jordan Collision it was because of their affiliation with USAA insurance and proximity to my house, and dissatisfaction with the Honda dealer who took care of my son's car when he was in an accident upon entering San Antonio.  From the first time on I have used Jordan Collision and recommended them because of the excellent work.  After they finish you would never know the accident had happened.  Perhaps most impressively (to me) is that the paint always matches exactly, on both the black car and metallic red SUV.  The only thing that is any concern is the price, which seems a bit high, but I don't have a truly good sense of the market here in San Antonio.  They may be priced this way because of the market, because of the quality of their work, or the price I pay may be higher because my insurance is great and covers everything after my deductible.

They were outstanding.  The experience was great.  They did good work.  I was very satisfied and their work was excellent.

Repair to front grill and undercarriage due to truck tire tread .  Always great repair and service.
