All three times I used his services was a great experience. It's tough enough when going through the home buying  experience, dealing with all the finance issues and back up needed, to the stress of having to deal with the actual move.. It was a great relief to not have to worry about how this process would work. We got down to the wire on our closing and my husband was in the  military and about to go away for two months so we were really stressing. He took the situation by the horns and got us to move our stuff in the weekend before since my husband had to leave the day after closing. It was such a weight off our shoulders and we couldn't be any happier with our home!

Everything went great!!! We got the money we asked for and purchased our second home at a great price. Johnny is very knowledgeable and professional he takes pride in customer satisfaction.

Johnny was extremely helpful and patient especially when I did not understand concepts of the contracts with both transactions. He assisted me with the contractors when building my new home and was available at every step.
