Poorly, being that I paid him $75 for a TV that needed repairs three different times, for three different issues.

I called Joe and he was here in an hour. He put everything back together and fixed the pink. I now have a beautiful picture again. He was prompt, efficient and pleasant. I would call him again.

Knowledgeable repair guys. Had to order part from manufacture in Korea, created delay. Repair completed and tv works as it should.

He wont return my calls or answer his phone when I call. Have left 6 or 7 messages over last 2 days on cell and office phone

Joe is very professional and extremely helpful--very prompt and reasonable price. Highly recommend! When unexpected electrical matters came up, he offered to help and did a great job.

Joe fixed my 60" samsung led in one day. He picked up the tv and delivered it. Gave receipt with 90day warranty. Hevwas very knowledgeable of what wa wrong and other tvs.

Very well. 2/19/2017 Sunday noon TV (47” Vizio from 2008) died, nothing worked, removed back, fuse seemed OK, no obvious signs of overheating on either side of circuit board, researched Geek Squad, picked best reviewed from Angie’s List. Monday 10am delivered TV to repairer, 6 pm received call phone call “It’s ready”. Tuesday collected it, reinstalled it, back up and running at 10:30 am. First class service (repaired power supply circuits), 90 day warranty, and good price. However the premises are not what you’d expect. We had an old Samsung Flat screen. The problem was "google-able" and seemed simple. I mentioned to Joe what I found on Google and he said thanks. He checked it out and indeed, he replaced that. It worked for one night. We brought it back, and turns out after much testing (and even replacing the power supply with a new one), it was a cascading problem, one board then another were not performing as he expected. He wanted to "make it right" - he would refund our money (minus parts) or give us a different (refurbished by him) TV. We did hem and haw a bit, and by the time we reached a decision, the TV he offered in trade was gone. He had another he just finished, larger, but he couldn't just trade it for $$s already spent. He asked 100.00. Was very reasonable and fair. The TV (we had it for about a week - it has a 90 day warranty) works great, the picture is phenomenal! I can't get over it. His work and ethic is astounding in this day and age. (Be warned, he works out of his back yard and it is littered with old TVs and parts. But pay no mind, he does great work!)

Very well, took TV in for diagnostics on Thursday & picked up complete on Saturday.

I took my small Sony TV to the address listed for Joe's TV and VCR Repair Service I found on Angie's List. After reading all the wonderful reviews for him, I took my TV to his address where he said he would see what he could do. As it turned out, it wasn't any tubes that were worn out but a soldering joint that was worn with wear. He called later to tell me he fixed it and told me the price. I was thrilled and went right away to pick it up. He is so helpful and professional. He stated he can also come to the home to look at TV's , especially for the very large ones. Had it not been for Angie's List, I would have had a hard time deciding who could be reliable and honest about my old TV. I have used Angie's List to find other people to fix things and have been extremely pleased with the results. I tell friends who also use Angie's List to find the best repair services. He fixed it very quickly

It went GREAT. It is refreshing to see a business that sends business away for the sake of the customer. I will definitely go back to Joe's FIRST, next time and I recommend others do the same.

Joe was able to repair the TV for $69.  I dropped it off Friday afternoon, and got it back in working order on Tuesday morning.  Joe had to reconnect the power supply inside of the TV to the circuit board.  The TV was 5 years old, Samsung 46" LED TV.  

Work environment primitive. Owner was pleasant. Fixed the audio in one day. Did a good job.

Joe Ramos is a saint.  I live in Missouri.  My inlaws live in San Antonio.  They just moved into an assisted living community because my father in law has Alzheimers.  The TV gives him solace.  He is nearly deaf so he has to use headphones.  My mother in law bought a new TV but it didn't have an audio out, just a headphone jack.  He could use the headphones but my mother in law couldn't hear the TV.  It was a nightmare.  I called Joe Ramos because of the reviews here and because I had called him before for another matter with them (that he performed on New Years Eve of all days) and he told me that we would need to buy another TV with an audio out.  He offered to go to their place, take the other TV back to Target, get the new TV, and install everything for them.  We did our research and found an appropriate TV and he spent all Saturday afternoon doing what he said he was going to do.  I don't know the final fee he charged them but whatever it was it was worth it.  This is a person who I would love to meet one day and shake his hand.  You do not, do not, ever, find service like this.  I am sure that this is the person that you would call to service your TV.

I showed up Friday afternoon at Joe's shop, and he helped me carry the TV into his shop. He replaced the chip right away with me sitting there, took about 40 min. Picture is great.

I installed the TV at home and thought the fan was louder than before. I texted Joe and he came by the next morning and he checked it at no charge. There was no problem with it. He arrived right when he said.

Joe does great work at a fair price and is very professional. Highly recommended.

We have no complaints. He was great and was professional. He fixed the television much faster than anticipated.

Joe was pleasant and professional. He carried the tv from my car to his shop and when I picked it up, he carried it to the car. I would definitely us him again and refer him to others.
