I have be having John Boag take care of my yard for some time now and have never been disappointed.  He not only does what is expected -- and does it well -- he always goes above and beyond.  He fully explains what he has done and/or what is needed and is very knowledgeable in his line of work.

I really like John. He comes in with a small crew and they are very good. He has been doing my mother's yard for fifteen years. I have a big yard, his standard rates are about $45 per yard, and he gives me a little break because he has been doing my mom's yard for that long.

John returned our initial call within an hour on Monday. We talked about the basic requirements and set up a time for him to come to the house and give me an estimate Tuesday. He arrived on time the next day and we surveyed specifically what I was looking for. He and a helper showed up the very next day - on a holiday no less. They did great work at the agreed upon price and he even threw in the shrubbery trimming at no extra charge. John was exceptionally responsive, personable, and professional. I look forward to an enduring professional relationship with him.

He promptly came out for service when I called and does a better job than the company I was previously using. He can't seem to do enough for me and has made it obvious that he wants my business. He does a great job and I give him all A's. He comes when he is supposed to and I know I can depend on. My husband can't get over how nice everything looks and I will use him again in the future. He seems like a nice guy.

We recently moved out of our old house, which we still own and have for sale, and into a new one recently. So we needed someone to take care of the yard at the old house since I lugged all my heavy lawn equipment to the new one. We had seen JMB Ground Maintenance's work for years as they handled our next door neighbors lawn work and their next door neighbor's lawn work so I already knew they did good work. I called John, the owner of JMB Ground Maintenance, left a message for him to call me back with a quote. He promptly returned the call and happened to be in the neighborhood working on someone else's lawn so he stopped by our old house to have a look and called me back later that afternoon with a quote. I really was quite amazed at his price because I thought he would charge us more. He also told us that if we allowed him to cut the grass regularly every two weeks he would also trim the bushes, shrubs, and trees ( we have a lot) and keep them looking good at no additional charge, which I thought was really a bargain-and-a-half.

The first time they came over he went to town on our bushes and shrubs trimming them beautifully, far better than I had done. And they cut the grass and edged as well. They did a wonderful job. The next time he came over he did the yard work and trimmed one of the out of control Mediterranean palms we have, which I had avoided cutting for several years, and made it look quite stunning. He called us that afternoon to tell us what he did and told us the next time he came over he would trim the other Mediterranean palm we have.

John, the owner, is always incredibly professional when we talk and he regularly calls us with the updates on his work. He even reminds us when he feels we need to water the lawn. Since we live a little far away from our old house, he's been very flexible with us on payment allowing us to send him out a check after he's finished rather than try to be at the old house to pay him. I really can't say enough good things about him and his company.

He is very nice and accommodating. He comes within a day or two from the time I call. If I am not at home, he will go ahead and do the job, and then I just mail him a check. The quality is great - I have no complaints at all. I think the price is very good too. I would continue to use him in the future.

The gentleman who did the service got the job done quickly. He comes out every two weeks for $35 each time. He trims the hedges at a small extra charge. He has helped me plant shrubs before. He has really done some good work. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He is also very nice and polite.

John was very responsive, and gave me a good assessment of what he thought it would take to keep our yard looking good when we were out of town. He did our initial service the week of Thanksgiving, and called and let me know what he had done, and how the house looked (as in, "all secure"). Great service!

I know that they come to my house every Friday, and there's no need for me to be there because they know what to do. I just leave them the check. The one in charge is a very nice person, and he's very thorough as well.

It takes them about thirty minutes to do my yard every week. They always do a great job. The company is very dependable and honest. We have been using them for some time now. I think the price that they charge is excellent as well.
