The Plumber showed up on time and got right to work. The leak was hidden and hard to locate. They stayed till the job was done! They will always be my first call for plumbing issues. Highly recommend these guys!

Great every time. Especially the garbage disposal. It happened at probably 5pm on New Years Eve 2016 and the owner showed up on his way to a family dinner! Absolutely love JL Hearn! They have always been professional, courteous and prompt. Pricing always very reasonable.

Plumber was efficient and also replaced the cut off when he realized it wasn't working well.

Okay, but the problem was not really resolved because the leak ended up coming from another source.

Water heating pilot went out yesterday and within 24 hours JL Hearn Plumbing replaced the part and was back to having hot water again. Once I made the call for service at opening for business 8:00am, an appointment was set between 12:00-2:00pm. Jerry came by within the time window, made the initial assessment and was dispatched to get the new part, returned and installed the part in less than an hour. He explained in detail what needed to be fixed and the cost for installation. I expected the cost to be more. Jerry is truly a professional in the plumbing business, courteous, punctual, organized and cleaned-up after work is complete. I highly recommend JL Hearn Plumbing to anyone who has water heater problems.

Rebecca, the call-taker, is very pleasant and professional. We love Steve as well, and have never had a bad experience with this company; have used them several times. J.L. Hearn Plumbing responded very quickly to my call the same morning (today, as a matter of fact). They fit us in right after the job they were in the process of completing, was done. Steve quickly identified the problem (bad valve cartridge) and got us up & running again in short order. I would definitely use them again! Cost of service reflects both labor and part (about 50/50).

I have worked with JL Hearn Plumbing for the last few years, with several different issues in my home, very professional and do fantastic work they tend to treat your home like it was there’s they listened to what we wanted them to do, and had recommendations on different approaches/solutions. These guys are the greatest.

Terrible, JL Hearn is an angry violent person, He added unnecessary and unauthorized items to the bill. When I asked him about it he threatened me with violence. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!!!

Excellent service! Stephen was awesome in responding to my situation. Our shower valve suddenly started leaking uncontrollably through the handle. It was after normal business hours, but Stephen returned my call within minutes and arrived at my house quickly following our brief conversation regarding my problem. He was courteous, professional, and handled the problem most efficiently. He replaced the failed cartridge and even a second one in another part of the house that was also seized. I could not have been more pleased with the response, service, attention to detail, and a more than fair price for the circumstance. Thank you Stephen and JL Hearn.

Stephen Wengler is awesome. At 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning, he was nothing short of professional and courteous when he return my call. He gave me a timeframe for later that morning and he showed up on time. He checked a number of items before starting to work to ensure that he was correctly addressing the problem. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Good customer service is hard to find these days, so it is especially nice to have a technician who is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and tells you what is going on and what he is doing to address the problem. This is the first time that I've used Hearn Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again based on this recent experience with Stephen Wengler!

Just before Christmas, showers began getting very short due to limited hot water. suspecting a heating element may have died, contacted J L Hearn Plumbing. Jerry arrived on time to look over the project. The existing hot water heater was 10 years old. There was some discussion about just replacing the heating element but the water heater / pipes had several small leaks, a fair amount of corrosion and was not up to code so we decided to replace it. Additionally our house water pressure had crept up to 100psi as the old pressure reducing valve (PRV) had slowly failed. A previous plumber had buried the old PRV so a bit of digging would be required but the location at least was known. Two days later Jerry and a helper arrived on time with the new water heater. They were very courteous and professional while working. It took four or so hours but the water heater was replaced, new pressure reducing valve installed with an access box this time, T and P rerouted, pan, drain, expansion tank and some other code required device were installed. When they left the area was as clean as when the arrived and there was hot water and all in time for Christmas! What more can one ask. We did have to install an electrical quick disconnect as well as that is apparently now a required item. Once complete, all work passed city inspection.

I called at 6:45 am and spoke to someone right away and she assured me that a technician would contact me. Jerry returned my call within 15 mins to let me know that a team would be arriving to my home close to 8:00 am. The two technicians were prompt and professional and took care of the problem right away. It was nice to have someone at my house so quickly and for an affordable price.

Jerry's men responded lickety split to a sewer backup and my 91 year old Mom's house on an early Saturday morning. They cleared the line in nothing flat. They were prompt, professional and polite and charged a fair price.

Excellent. Rebecca at front desk was very responsive, and Jerry Hearn (owner) was able to make a same day trip to our home in between other pre-scheduled appointments. Jerry repaired the unit at minimal cost and also advised us on preparations for eventual replacement of the water heater due to it's age. Jerry was very friendly and pricing was reasonable.

Woke up on a Sunday Morning with my daughter taking a shower in her bathroom and the water was filling up in the tub in our different bathroom. Called JL Hearn plumbing and they promptly answered (on Sunday Morning) and took my information and had the tech call me right back. Mr. Hearn came right over within a hour's time and snaked the drain clearing the clog very quickly. He was pleasant, professional, and took care of the problem very fast. Would definitely recommend them.
