Jerry and his team arrived on time and worked all day to complete many projects all in one day flat. They completed three separate drywall projects (all requiring a textured wall match), and their work was impeccable. Perfect match! They replaced 6 screens, repaired interior crown molding and an exterior dry rotted doorframe, performed some much needed maintenance on a high vaulted ceiling fan, and repaired a faulty light switch in my bathroom. It s so comforting to know that I have someone to call to do complete home projects in a timely, professional manner. No botched work here; these guys know what they are doing! And on top of ii, they are very polite and care about the integrity of their workmanship. I highly recommend Jerry s Construction.

Jerry did and amazing job on my ceiling. He patched a hole I had in my ceiling due to my skylight leaking. Great job would recommend to anyone. He can do it all.

Jerry did several jobs for me, he managed his crews well, the jobs were all completed on time and the job sites were spotless when they finished!

We had ceiling tiles in our home office decide to come down last Sunday. By Tuesday I had hired Jerry and he and his crew hung plastic everywhere, even put paper on the flooring to protect it, and then removed all the ceiling tiles, floated and taped, applied orange peel and painted 2 coats on the ceiling. At each step they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly, courteous and professional. By Saturday they were finished. I can't say enough about Jerry's!

Jerry showed up on time. He started telling me about putting screws in the drywall. I did not know what he was talking about at first and then he explained it to me. I always just saw the drywall put on with nails not screws. It is great that they use all screws now. Moisture corrodes on the top of the nail head and it makes a bulge in the surface, then falls off and looks like a hole is in the drywall. Screws also lessen the chance of cracks later on because they hold the drywall tighter to the studs. Jerry was very patience with me when I asked him to put more screws in and fix some more cracks that I found when he was working. His initial price was a lot at first and he agreed to do it at my lower price. After I found the other cracks, I told him that I would give him his initial price. It was more involved and took more time than I thought it would take. Jerry was nice, worked very hard and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend him.

Jerry and his worker were extremely courteous and did an outstanding job. I wish they gave a better effort to clean up but I felt they were being rush due to bad planning for kid care. But I would definitely hire them again.

Greetings - to all reading - this is one of the few reviews I've made that I was truly impressed with the contractor. The reason I say this is because of my background. Over 25 years ago I was a custom Home Builder/Remodeling contractor. When I left that field I was at my height of success with articles, featured in 22 magazines and 2 books. One mag was Popular Science in which I received a national award for Design/Build. Other examples were Practical Homeowner with one of the articles being "When Not To Do It Yourself". I was remodeler of the month locally and nationally and have a degree in home building. This gives some background of the my comments I have made. Jerry is a very professional remodeling contractor with respect to what he has done on my project. Due to my training I could have done the sheetrock install, tape, float, and texture myself. But due to time and issues I did not want to deal with in the framing construction of the walls and ceiling joists I chose to contract it out. Jerry never made an issue of it when I showed him. This project is to be my office, kitchen, sleeping quarters - adjoining the workshop behind my home. So yes I was picky in who I chose. Professionally - Jerry had a great presence in how he talked and conducted himself as a business owner, worker, supervising the project. Issues many have with contractors is the lack of communication. This was not the case here. There were change orders and he addressed them professionally. Personally - very good to speak with consistantly in a positive, warm, and with a smile attitude. Some will say why not 5 stars. I don't ever recall rewarding 5 but this is as close as one can get. I believe this will help in selecting Jerry's company in your projects. I do intend on hiring him again. David Kirk dk+

I had a kitchen fire and needed to have almost half my house drywalled and painted. I called Jerry and he came right out to take a look at the project and started a couple of days later. I could not believe how fast he and his crew put my house back together! It was amazing! And it looks so much better and more professional that when we purchased our home. He was also so nice every time I spoke with him and I was surprised at how clean they kept the place as they were working. They cleaned up, hauled away trash and made sure everything was so neat at the end of each day not just at the end of the project. I love walking into my house now and seeing the new walls and ceilings that he put up. And the price was so reasonable. For the quality and amount of work he did I would have expected to pay way more. I would definitely recommend hiring Jerry and his crew for any home remodeling needs. I am getting ready to see if he is available to come back and hang some kitchen cabinets for me now.

I hired Jerry originally to replace some doors and ended up having him scrape popcorn, paint and drywall repair. Change out fixtures and hardware. These guys are nice and trustworthy. Can't wait to hire them again and knock some other projects off my list.

Jerry was awesome! Some delivery people dinged a hole in my wall while moving a refrigerator but Jerry fixed up perfectly. Thorough job and matched the texture. Fair price too, this guy is great.

We hired Jerry again on July 12th for Drywall & Painting, like last year. They take their time as always, to do a nice job. We will continue hiring them.

Jerry and his staff were great. He repaired holes and cracks in my drywall, closed some light box lightsl along with an orange peel texture. They came on time and worked from the time they came until quitting time. Jerry explained everything that he had to do and was going to do to make sure the job was done correctly. I am very please with the job he did for me. You can't tell that I ever had any drywall issues! Excellent worker and great person. I will be calling jerry for other jobs that I will be doing in the future.

I hired Jerry to repair cracks in my drywall. I asked him to just do the repairs and I would paint. I had drywall issues in almost every room of the house. When he finished, well within the time he quoted, I could not even tell where the cracks were. I was so impressed that on the next day I hired him again to pain the inside of my house. Again I was impressed with his work. He went well above and beyond what was expected on both jobs. You will not be disappointed if you hire Jerry.
