JDR is the very best that the A/C & Heating business has to offer. Daniel and his staff treats you with the utmost respect. They explained every aspect of what they are doing, how things work, when and if something needs to be fixed or replaced. They answered all questions without making feel like you don’t know anything. My 21 year old split Hvac system went down on May 7. I have lived in San Antonio for less than 2 years so I had no previous experience with any company here. I called 3 companies for estimates and hired JDR AC and Heating. The estimate was good to start with but 2 additional discounts for cash payment and military made it fantastic. All the good reviews on Angie's list were a bonus. Daniel and his dad were a pleasure to deal with. All my questions were answered in a way I could understand. They made a very nervous homeowner feel very much at ease. They wore shoe covers every time they entered my home and the job site was thoroughly clean when they left my property. My estimate was given on May 7th and by the afternoon of May 8th I was up and running and enjoying a very cool home. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend their services.
