JDI Designs worked diligently to insure that each piece of the fountain was level and that water flowed from tier to tier in the correct manner. Because the hoses and fittings provided by the fountain manufacturer were inadequate, JDI Designs provided their own (this was covered by the cost of installation). Each piece of the fountain had to be carried from the front of the house to the back. The heaviest pieces took four men to lift and balance on a wheelbarrow. Because the fence gate was too narrow, the bottom bowl had to be lifted, tilted and rolled through the gate. Fitting the pieces together took time and care. Each bowl had to be leveled with shims. JDI Designs really came through and did an excellent job. The fountain is working beautifully.
