Very positive experience. This is not a large plumbing company that is impersonal and charging exuberant rates for every little things. The rates are not low but they are reasonable.

While the team was professional and did a quick job was a little on the pricey side. Also, I would have preferred team brought their own rags/plastic/shopvac (instead of me having to provide) to avoid any water spillage.

I worked with Javier he arrived on time, explained what needed to done and did it. He did a wonderful job and I would hire JD services again.

We woke up this morning to a lack of hot water. I called JD Service Repairs shortly after their opening hours, and had someone at my house by 11:00 AM Investigation revealed the tank had a small weeping leak that had put just enough water in the catch pan to trip a safety switch. The water heater was in the house when we moved here about 4 years ago and I had no idea when it had been installed. Javier used hs smartphone and in seconds informed me the water heater was still under warranty. Javier provided an estimate with two options in a few minutes and we chose to replace the leaking heater with a warranty replacement unit. Javier left to get the replacement unit, and handled all the warranty paperwork at the office before he returned. Javier completed the work right around 2 PM, only 3 hours stat to finish! I highly recommend JD Service Repairs when life throws you a plumbing curveball.
