Do not do business with this liar. He provided 2 services: tint and ceramic protective coating. I paid him $950 for a brand new 2017 Audi Q7 that cost over $65k. He sliced the tint in my panoramic sunroof in 2 places (the largest is 2 inches (23cm) with sunlight pouring in). When I attempted to get the larger slice replaced, he disappeared for 2 weeks and never returned my texts. When I finally tracked him down, I dropped off my vehicle to get the section replaced. He called and told me it was ready for pickup, but he had to leave the key because he had to go to the vet. When I picked up the vehicle, the slice was still there after keeping my vehicle all day and claiming it was ready! I called to ask what the heck and got no response. My husband texted and he responded because he didn't recognize the phone number. This lying weasel told us we weren't a priority because it was just tint. We got the run around for weeks. I attempted to go through my credit card company and he lied to them and said he did the job. Now I notice the ceramic coating is not holding up to its claim ( I'm attaching example of poor or no ceramic coat and 2 year warranty that he now claims doesn't exist. Other, more reputable companies have lifetime warranty for ceramic protection. Do your homework and not do business with Jake (JC). He does not stand behind his work. He is not responsive. He does not stand behind his work. Don't walk, but run from this shop. He refused to fix or refund. I received $400 via credit card dispute. They gave it back to him because he lied. Now, I must take time and energy to get quotes from a reputable business (Tint Avenue via Audi) to re-open the dispute. Just save yourself a migraine and see Christian at Tint Avenue, who is removing and replacing tint after this mess is finally over. Jake did this work on June 30th. It is now November and I'm still fighting to get it right or get money back. Spare yourself!
