I thought I had already submitted this. I was led to believe that they they would have the engine replaced in a couple of days, despite it being close to Christmas. Everytime I was told that it required another part, I dropped what I was doing to expedite the part to them, only to find it still laying on the floor in front of the car two days later. Considering the radiator also had to be replaced, I can understand the price. That it took almost two weeks put a crunch on already stretched transportation, but when they seem to be the only game in town, it's their rules. Get everything in writing in advance and understand what is supposed to be included with the engine you purchase and what is to be an extra charge upon completion.
