JAMES LAWN MOWER SALES

I asked for a belt to be matched up for a John Deere mower they said it was impossible only John Deere sells it went down the street to a competitor they matched one up for me...

I took mower and was charged $32.00 for an estimate. That was ok, but the employees seemed to hate being at their job. I wasn't greeted at counter an felt like I was inconveniencing them. They called me 5 days later to tell me they found nothing wrong with mower. When I went to pick it up their attitude was worst. They couldn't find my pick up ticket, the guy at the counter was picking something out of his finger and ignoring me completely. After getting another employee involved they finally found my ticket and I was really ready to get out of there by then.

had a very good experience with this place of business. The people were courteous and very satisfied with the end result of my lawnmower repair. Also, this establishment replaced a blade for my edger free of charge. I purchased the blade elsewhere and did not have the proper tools to replace it. when I picked up my lawnmower they changed the blade and charged nothing. Very nice and friendly. Definately will use their services again in the future!
