My heat went and out and they came and fixed it the next day. They were courteous and fixed it quicky. I will recommend them to friends.

I was quoted from several HVAC companies in and around San Antonio for a few concerns I had with my central Ac unit. I contacted Jack Frost and had the pleasure of meeting the owner -Jack , who politely and promptly came out to give me an estimate. Through the hot summer months, and considering the last time I had my unit maintenance( years) he was able to give me the honest recommendation of considering a full install of a unit. He was honest and transparent when it came to what all was needed for this to happen. Truly it is nerve wracking searching for an honest company and truly Jack Frost made things as smooth and professional. Getting back to me in a timely matter and completing the job with his team , I couldnâ t be more grateful. I have already referred him to extended family and they set up a maintenance plan after our experience. They did a tremendous job, and were troopers working in this heat!! I will never search for a bigger company again because they never made me feel as they were being sincere, truly hate to say , just wanted to what seemed to be â charges for random smaller miscellaneous things. I am so very happy that I know Jack takes pride in what he does and we have him ,as owner , our GO TO!!! 10/10!!

Very professional staff . They communicate the prices and the job they will be performing . Staff is very knowledgeable of what they are doing . I am pleased that they finished the job promptly . I definitely recommended Jack Frost HVAC solutions .
