Invision Window Tinting

It was my second encounter with Invision.  The first encounter occurred in June of 2012 when John O'Brian was the owner and it was superb in all respects.   I needed retinting on two windows because of breakage and so I made my first call  for the  job about six weeks prior to 11/21/13.  In the six weeks prior to 11/21, I spoke with Andy Acosta or the receptionist at least five times and each time I requested the services of Invision.  Each time I spoke to him, he was unable to give me a date and time as he was away from the office, driving etc.  but promised to call me with an appointment date as soon as he reviewed his work schedule.  The return call never happened.    After two or three snubs, I called John O'Brian and learned that Andy Acosta was the new owner of Invision.  He could not understand why Andy had not responded with an appointment date.  Finally, I spoke with Mr. Acosta again and asked him if he wanted the job and, if so, why had he failed to call me back with an appointment date. He said he had forgotten about my request for a variety of reasons, none of which seemed reasonable to me.  The job was finally done on 11/21 by a technician (not Mr. Acosta) and he did a fine job very quickly and professionally.  Nonetheless, it did not erase the memory of my repeated requests to Andy Acosta for service. His management technique will surely discourage future repeat customers such as myself.

These folks are the epitome of professionalism.  From my first call to Andy (owner) to the completion of the project, each and every dealing was professional, and first class.  Pablo came to give us an estimate, and he spent a long period of time, answering all our questions and explaining everything, completely.  Due to hoops we had to jump through with our homeowner's association, it was several months between getting the estimate and having the work done, and all went seamlessly.  The technicians were obviously well-seasoned, as they effortlessly completed one window after the other, despite some being more accessible than others.  The product itself (Huper Optik window film) is an exceptional product; that we knew.  We could not be more pleased than we are having this product installed by Invision Window Tinting.

One washed the window and moved to the next window so the other could start installing the tint. At one point, he didnt like how the tint settled so he ripped it off and started again.

John, the owner, came out to give the estimate on a thursday at my mom's house and explained the which film would be best for the windows and the cost with install for monday . John and a helper arrived about 10 minutes early and began working. Job took about an hour and a half. Windows look great and temp in patio room has been reduced noticeably. I was so pleased with the result that I had them come out to my house to do 4 sky lights in a patio room. All went well as before. I would recommend and use again if needed.

Service was fine.  I really liked the vendor's style and choose to go with him in part because of his style given there really was not difference between vendors' products that struck me as significant.  The product used repells heat outside while retaining heat inside.  I thought this made sense; however, as I have thought about it and one of the rooms tinted has several heat sources, that may not have been the right decision.  The other vendor's product repels heat outside, but allows more heat to escape generated inside.

The entire process was conducted in a professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing window tinting to block heat.

They were prompt, responsive, very professional and very clean. From a customer standpoint, they came out here and gave me very accurate quotes. They showed up exactly on the right date and at the right time that we had specified. They did work in the house and there was minimal disruption. From a professionalism standpoint, they were very courteous. I am going to use them again in the future.

Called Invision for a quote for Window Tinting for a few of our house's west facing windows. They were very professional and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly for a quote. John was very helpful and informative. He gave me good recommendations for which windows would be good candidates for window tinting and which product would be the best. Within 4 days, John returned with another employee to install the window tinting. They got stuck in traffic, but called me to let me know they might be a few minutes late. They did a great job, kept everything clean. They were able to reach the windows on the stairwell - these are tricky to reach. I would certainly recommend them. Very professional, nice, efficient and a great value.

Great. The did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. If you have windows higher than 21 feet they won't be able to get to those, but everything else was great.

Since we have a lot of art in the house we need to have tinting installed on our windows. John came to the house to give me an estimate for which windows needed the film and which did not. He put up several samples on the windows to show me how they might look over a period of several days. I chose the more expensive film because it seemed to be the best in blocking UV rays and keeping out the heat with the least amount of light blockage. He gave me a date for installation and did the work accordingly and for the price quoted.
