John Powers was terrific.  He was professional and thorough.  He diagnosed the fence problem and checked/adjusted pet collars.  We have had very poor service with a similar company based in Fair Oaks Ranch, not professional, no following up on battery subscription, giving us mis-information. 
John did so much to restore our faith in Invisible Fence.  This was money well spent and we will definitely call on him in the future.
