She didn't properly cut the blinds in my home. I can see light coming from either side. I've had other people come out and do cheap blind work and they cut them just fine. Here she is in interior design and she charges me $3,000 for blinds that aren't cut perfectly. She tried to tell me that was because my windows weren't square. I don't know if that was the case at all because no one has had problems with that in the past. I was very disappointed with all of that. Then, when she brought out the custom drapes for my master bathroom they weren't even hemmed properly. They hung wrong, were curled on the ends, and weren't pressed. I ended up arguing with them so much that I stopped dealing with them. I took down their nailed up window treatments and ended up doing them myself. I didn't appreciate how she tried to blame me for everything that she did wrong. The price was not good for what I received.

OVERALL WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THEY WERE VERY INSIGHTFUL OF COMBINING COLOR AND STYLE. THE ONE THING THAT WE WERE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT WAS VISUALIZING SOME OF THE ROOMS WITHOUT SEEING LARGER SAMPLES. OUR DECORATOR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RETURNED CALLS IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER, HOWEVER IT WASN'T UNTIL THE HOUSE WAS 75% COMPLETED BEFORE SHE ACTUALLY SAW THE PHYSICAL HOUSE.
