As the Director of a Commercial Real Estate Developer I have become inured to the promises from 99% of Subcontractors. Integrity is different. In addition to fair and honest pricing (no need to hassle), they dispatched a foreman and lead installer to literally walk me through their scope of work on a newly purchased home. They were knowledgeable but flexible, welcoming my comments and concerns at every corner. They are a seasoned family-owned outfit in San Antonio, conducting business since the 1970's. Integrity is not only their name but a quality they regard as a touchstone of their enduring work. I will be using Integrity for all future work.

Integrity is more than a name, it’s the entire culture of their company. When Chris came to look at our roof not only did he bring down pictures of the damage, he made a temporary patch on the spot to keep it from leaking until the full replacement! If you’re like us, you’ll get multiple quotes but from past experience, you get what you pay for. They recommended other fixes such as for the overhangs that made a huge difference to the look and energy efficiency of our home. Work was crazy moneyed on time and they kept us up to date every step of the way from ordering and receiving materials to a phone call when the work was completed (we didn’t even have to be there - got home from work and all was set). If you’re serious about quality work you won’t have to replace for decades go with these guys. Family owned and operated now by second generation. Can’t say enough about how professional they are and how happy we are with the work. Looks like a whole new house. integrity Roofing replaced our roof and interior damaged from the hailstorm. There was initial delays on their response to our calls for damage assessment, but when they did, they handled the insurance claim with the insurance company. The roof has been fixed, had to call them a couple of times for some issues which they quickly responded. The roof looks great!

I had a problem with the salesman that I initially contacted with. I have around a week that I had problems. He painted a different color than the original color that was there.I called a couple ot times now to speak with the owner, and he never called.

The job went very well and their follow up was very timely.

From the estimate bid to completion, it was done within time frame quoted and price was better than 4 other bids. Very pleased with the work done. Albert who assessed the damage gave a detailed quote regarding work that needed to be done, and Lisa, the office manager, kept communication open during the entire process. Both were very professional and personable, a pleasure to work with , and would highly recommend.

I do appreciate the professional work on the roof replacement following Harvey and the follow up from all involved. Albert Garcia was the sales person who provided us excellent support before the sale and after the sale -= as did Lisa Oubre-Edwards and Aaron Devlin. Miguel provided on site, professional support during the replacement process. Could not list cost in box provided but it was about $18,000.

There was a lot more hail damage than expected. The price was adjusted in a fair manor. Work was finished on time. I complained of nails in the lawn and they came back out to finish cleanup.

Fantastic, they came out to do the estimate quickly, scheduled to do the work, and everything went according to plan. Very reasonable price for the work performed.

My roof was the largest and most complex single family residence they had worked on, but they brought a very large crew out, covered planting beds and actually did all the work in 3 long days. They immaculately cleaned up and I haven't yet found a stray nail. They coordinated the gutter company to replace my damaged gutters and completed the job rapidly. They were also very accommodating for the challenge of my coordinating insurance check signing with my mortgage carrier and provided constant communication on the status of work and verification of payments.

This is a first class business. I had several roofers come to my house and provide me with estimates and when I contracted with them, they promised to repair and never showed up. So I decided to contact Integrity Roofing & Siding because of their ratings on Angie list. I contacted them on a Friday and someone was available to come to my home on Monday to give me an estimate. I explained to the company that I worked in a call center and my shift was from 10 am - 7 pm and I could not do an estimated around the normal business hours so they sent a person early in the morning before I went to work and that was top rate customer service (People first). The person they sent to do my estimate was named Steve he was right on time, professional, and took a look at the roof and told me I would receive an estimate by the afternoon. I had asked if I was to take the estimate they did that afternoon how long would it take and would they come as scheduled. I told him I had several roofers who promise to fix my roof and never showed up. He assured me that would not happen and if I decided to have their company do the work he would personally guarantee the roof we be fixed sometime this week. The staff members in the estimate and billing department were also professional and gave very detailed and clear instruction on what to expect and how the repairs would happen and they text me when my roof was completed since I am not able to answer my phone due to the nature of my work. When I called to make payment with the billing department they even asked me if I was happy with my repair. I told them I was not home, but the billing department confirmed with me if I was not satisfied with the product to give them a call tomorrow and we can discuss what other options they had since I was not able to QA the work. This company gets 5 stars all around form me. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a painless process for a roof repair. Bravo Zulu!! (military terms a job well done) in restoring my faith that customer service that care for people first still does exist.

INITIAL CONTACT: Their company rep (Abel Perez) spent hours with us on multiple occasions going over options, cost, colors etc. He even took one of us around to look at different styles of metal roofs and showed us examples of quality roof installations and shoddy roof installations. He stayed in contact with us up until the time roof replacement was scheduled and throughout the work process. He frequently came out to the house to check on progress and answer our questions. We asked that the company's best crew be assigned to the job and we were willing to wait for the crew to become available. We spent $51,000 on the two roof replacements. ACTUAL WORK: It took nine work days to complete the project. The crew that was assigned (led by Javier) was professional, polite, and they worked incredibly hard to give us a quality product and to respect our property. Yes, tearing out a roof is a messy business, but, everyday they walked around the property and cleaned up as much debris as possible. The quality of the roof they installed on the main house and outlying workshop was first rate. All of the flashing was re-covered to match the new roof color and caulked. All of the vent covers were replaced and painted to match the roof. Special attention was paid to the roof's many hips and valleys to double ensure there would be no leaks in the future. Everyday, one of the companies main supervisors visited the work site to review the work and discuss any concerns with us. Mr. Abel Perez even took the time to blow out the soffit vents to improve airflow into the attic in conjunction with the installation of the solar vents. The Production Supervisor (Fernando Zamora) inspected the work in progress on numerous occasions. If we had a concern with a particular area, he would take photos and show us how the crew was protecting the house from any leaks. During the final inspection, Mr. Zamora took many photos and sat down with us to show us the completed work. One crew member spent half a day going over the areas they worked around with a magnetic tool to pick up nails and metal roof shavings before leaving the site. Overall: We were highly impressed with the company representatives and the crew. The workmanship was top notch. There was clear supervision and communication. And, we have a beautiful roof now.

Integrity Roofing Company did an outstanding job. I would truly recommend them to others.

Requested that the roofing crew not put their ladders on the guttering. They did not honor my request and now the guttering is scratched in several places. Crew threw the shingle bundles around on the roof rather than dropping them in place or setting them down. Result: Ceiling lights in my kitchen no longer work because they jarred the wiring loose. Company now says that they're not responsible. Overnight storage of tools: Put their tools, including three large unfolded tarps, in a flower bed on top of the plants then left for the night. I moved the tools. Clean up: Unsatisfactory. I'm still picking up nails, metal and plastic tabs, and other debris from the yard and flower beds. Nails in the yard run over by a lawnmower can be extremely dangerous. Supervision: Roofing crew supervisor showed up once during the job. The next time he came was to bring me an invoice. I pointed out the issues that I had with the job and he stated that the company would send out an electrician to look at the wiring. That never happened. He also stated that he would send the clean up worker back with a magnet to pick up the nails. That hasn't happened either. Overall: As far as I can tell, the roof installation is satisfactory but I expected more from this company. Wouldn't hire them again.
