Chet was punctual, helpful, efficient, and extremely professional. He was excellent in all stages of the replacement, did a very articulate job, was extremely careful to ensure the door was perfectly installed, cleaned up well, and explained the steps I needed to take to paint the door. Afterwards he carted off the old door and frame to save me from having to dispose of it. I would hire him unhesitatingly for similar work.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Called to inform us he was on his way for both quote & install appointments. Followed up with quote within a few days as indicated. Very knowledgeable, cleaned up throughout install. Despite a booked schedule, worked us in on a Saturday morning. Installed previously purchased storm door, extended threshold of door & added door trim in order for storm door to be properly installed, caulked & replaced weather stripping, and repaired back door that had some minor wood rot at base from water damage. 1 year install warranty. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

My phone call was answered promptly and a time for the worker to come to the house was arranged. The handyman was prompt, polite and quikly assessed the problem. His evaluation was excellent. He removed the precariously hanging louvered door; identified that parts were installed erroneously upside down; corrected the errors, re-installed and secured the door. All of this in about fifteen minutes!

Chet is punctual and professional. He came out the week before the jobs and provided a quote along with his recommendations. He does excellent work and cleans the work area before leaving.
1st job - Someone attempted to break through my front door a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. I was so glad my job was squeezed in right before I had to go out of town. Chet gave me the dimensions and I bought the desired front door. He came out as scheduled and installed the door.
2nd job - I wanted to add a storm door to provide additional protection to my front door and also replace the door that leads to the garage. This time Chet bought the fired rated door and storm door and brought it with him on day of installation. Again, excellent work.
In January, I had to call Chet because I was having problems with one of the doors. He drove across town on a Saturday morning and made a minor adjustment. It took about 20 minutes and all is good. I highly recommend Chet and will definitely call him again if the need arises.

- Home Depot said they couldn't do it, but Chet and Installations Unlimited could !!!
- He was on time, very professional, very reasonable, did an excellent job and cleaned up as they went along
- The glass door looked great!!! and I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing any kind of door
- It was great working with people who answers their phone and who can immediately give you an
appointment/time line
- I didn't know it at the time, but Chet had actually installed a French type patio door a good fifteen to twenty years ago for us, which is still in great shape, a testament to his excellent craftsmanship!!

Chester Webster of Installations Unlimited came out a week before installation and measured and help us select the best door for replacing a set of wooden patio doors that had rotted at the base. He was very helpful in the selection. I went to the store he suggested and purchased the door that day. The following Monday he called us from the store to advise that he had picked up the door and was on his way. He and his helper arrived on time, removed the old set of doors and installed the new sliding glass doors within three hours. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They disposed of the old doors and left the job site spotless. We are so proud of our new door and the exceptional service he provided. I would recommend him to anyone needing new door installed of any kind. He was professional and very reasonably priced.

Chet was great! He called before ariving to let us know he was on his way. He arrived within the time frame Sonya quoted. It was clear he was very experienced and knew right away what to do and completed the repair quickly. He also helped to secure the deadbolt plates on both the front and back doors. He was very reasonable and we will be calling Chet agian soon!

Chet was prompt, professional and polite.Prior to the day of installation, Chet suggested replacing the trim on the outside of my house so the door could be installed properly. I asked him if he could make a minor aesthetic adjustment to the trim which he did without an additional charge and it made all the difference in the look of my new storm door. He made sure to keep the area clean of debris and even vacuumed when he completed the install. I would request his services again for any installation and will definitely recommend him and his company to my friends and family.

He took the old doors away. He cleaned up everything, and it was left cleaner than when he came. He makes sure he doesn't leave anything behind. He is amazing. He was on time, and stayed until he got the job done.

The screen door over my sliding glass patio door wouldn't stay on the runner. A previous workman had tried to repair it twice and then refused to answer my calls. Chet came to give me an estimate. I was prepared to do whatever was necessary to remedy the situation. He found the problem (a damaged track), replaced a roller, and consulted with me about why this was happening, and my options.
He spent about two hours checking everything out and getting the door working well again and charged a minimal amount. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend him highly for any type of door installation.

Chet did a great job. On time, fast, efficient, brought his own trash can and vacuum in to clean up afterwards. Great price! He even found a door and hardware that matched our existing doors and ordered/brought them for the installation.

Everything went great! We had a burglary and the lock on the sliding glass patio door had been broken and would not lock. The lock couldn't be replaced because of the age of the door. They no longer made that type of lock. We also had an ornamental wrought iron gate which attached to the house just outside the patio door. That had been pulled away from the house . Chet came to look at everything and give me an estimate. He was able to do the work within 2 days. He and his helper arrived on time and set right to work. They removed the gate and the patio door then seated the new door and re-attached the gate. I had gotten the OK to refurbish the gate but Chet re-attached it so well that I don't want anyone else to remove it. After the installation of the door I noticed it didn't have a lock. This is our primary entrance into the house. Chet was able to get and install a lock for the door the same day. I'm very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

The individual was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned up the areas after the work was done. The doors look great and work well. Both he and the office staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.
