It took a while to actually get the door, as the order was postponed at Lowes. I had to work with his schedule due to the shipment delay and his existing schedule. Once he arrived for work, he was very professional and extremely thorough. The door was not cut to his specific measurements so he had to adjust the door frame to accommodate the new door. He also installed a doggie door which works perfectly and my dogs love it!

We hired this contractor based on a recommendation from a neighbor. We knew that all of the siding on the chimney had to be replaced but was focused on repairing two major holes created by a rodent and carpenter ants. Noel was very professional and provided consistent communication through e-mail. We agreed on a price of $270 for repairs. He sent a proposal via e-mail and confirmed the date and time. Noel and his help were on time and began their work. He noticed that the flashing had been improperly installed creating some of the initial water damage. He replaced this and also communicated that I needed to replace a trim piece. We used new siding pieced to replace the visible side of the chimney, and he used a galvanized sheet to cover the hole of the backside of the chimney not visible and caulked all of the holes. We realized if he started to repair just the hole with new siding he would have to replace all of the siding on the chimney and we didn't want to do this just yet. He gave us a cost effective alternative until such time that we can replace the whole siding. He also painted the siding and trim to match. He cleaned up everything.
