They charged $225 for 30 minutes of work. When asking why it was so much he became very belligerent after we asked. He got the job done but not to my satisfaction.

Went out to my car and found it locked with the keys inside.  I could not look on Angies list for estimates due to my computer acting up so I found this.  Called and stated they were on their way.  They arrived within 30 minutes, the tech was nice and gave me the bill before he touched the car.  I stated it was a little much and he told me he just couldn't use a slim jim he had to use other items.  I was stuck I had an appointment in 30 minutes and couldn't reschedule.  I paid and my car was opened with 5 minutes.  He did have to use a bag to pump air between the car and window and then took a hook tool and opened the car.  I did like the service but still feel the price was a little high.  My manfriend stated it was probably because I drive a sports car and have another in the garage (it doesn't run!).  I already put the number of another company in my phone cause I don't want to use this company again.

When the tech told me how much I complained.  I had to break it between cash and charge.  He knew I wasn't happy, then he said to let the insurance take care of it.  Very discouraged.  I have faxed the company and letter and will add or ammend this once I get their response.  The company has not replied nor have they resolved my complaint.

This vendor is the reason I signed up for Angie's List. The site advertises a discount when mentioning their site. I did not receive that discount. The appointment set up included an estimate of $30 for rekey and $15 for the service call. The locksmith was fast and good at his work, but rude. He charged $60 for rekey, $15 service call and $75 for "having to pull the deadbolt out of the door to rekey it." I found this odd since that is standard procedure and it took him two minutes. $160 for rekeying one door and receiving a single key is not reasonable. I could have replaced the whole lock myself for $50. I am very disappointed in this vendor and will not use them again.

We had a problem locking our front door, probably due to soil shifting.  The lock would not engage.  The technician fixed the door jam so the lock would work properly.  We called this company based on only 1 report, Grade A.  We called at 8:00 p.m.  A technician was dispatched within 15 minutes and called to let us know he was on his way.  He was completed before 9:00 p.m.  The experience went well overall.  Very efficient.
