I was very satisfied with Image Landscape. They came in and just fixed it. I have no problems whatsoever. It was pricey. They are extremely professional. They're very knowledgeable about landscaping. They do a very good job. Since then, I've referred them to a number of friends already.

He came and explained that the deal was not properly presented by Angie's List. That it was for $100 TOWARD a conceptualization. Not the conceptualization itself. It was a rip off. He was very brusk and seemed to feel put out by the whole appt.

The plans he gave me were not complete enough and the pricing was too high for that.

It was a bad experience.  The gentleman never followed up with the plans.

David, Mark, and all of the workers were responsive, prompt, reliable, courteous, and hard working.  We are 100% happy that we chose Image Landscaping.

It was fine and they did a good job! They were punctual and very polite workers.

The service was excellent. We hired them because a friend of ours used them one a smaller job. She was quite pleased with what was done to her yard. The people were great. We were very pleased with service. We had a lighting storm that hit ground and blew out the sprinkler system about a week after the installation. They were out within two days to install a new one.  They exceeded our expectations. They were very responsive and did exactly what we wanted.

It took several months before he was able to come out due to Angie's list selling too much of his special. I thought he would draw out a plan but instead I was told what plants should survive in various areas of our home hand written on a piece of paper. He referred to a book to help decide our options. It was not what I expected but it met our needs.

The gentleman who came out was very nice. I chose this service due to the special. Would not have done it without the special.

He couldn't handle his coupon business.  He would not schedule an appointment with us until all coupons ordered prior to us had been redeemed.  Once at my house, he tried to upsell a more expensive plan and his landscaping services.  After he realized that he wasn't going to upsell us, he sketched out a rough landscape plan for my front bed.  It was rough, but it was exactly what we needed.

He did an excellent job. He is extremely reliable and he gets the job done in the quoted amount of time without weather being a factor. He manages his people and really supervises the job.

From start to finish, I could not be more satisfied.  The approach to the front of my home has been transformed.  I have had a number
of friends and nieghbors comment on how much they like the new look.  David's crew were on time, true craftsmen, and sensitive to
the fact they were working on my home.  David was constantly present, asking my feedback, which I really appreciated.
I would not hesitate referring David and his Company to a friend.

The came and did an estimate, and came back and completed the work.  The workmen were wonderful and did an outstanding job.
The were punctual, completed on the date they said they would and the end product is great!

I bought the $99 deal back in the summer but really didn't want to use it right away as we were not ready to actually do anything to our back yard yet. I called David after I bought it and he told me to just give him a call when we were ready, even if it was close to the coupon expiration date. I called him this morning October 9th, and he was able to meet with me today. David was very professional and knowledgeable. We mainly talked about what I would like to see done with the yard and he gave me his expert advise on how to make that happen. We discussed how to get rid of unwanted weeds and plants, and which plants and grasses would be best for my yard.  He offered to sketch something out for me or to come back in  a couple of months when i'm done clearing the lot and ready to put together a drawing. He said he would apply the price I already paid for the consultation toward the price of an actual design which I thought was very generous since we had already spent about an hour together. I honestly had no idea where to start with this huge job until I met with David. I think he has good ideas and if I'm able to, I will definetly use him to design my yard.

They did a great job and were very friendly. We really liked them.

We paid $99.00 for the special; however, for $99, he drove to our home.  He simply said he would take $99 off of the $450 to do a design for the front yard. The design cost $450 and to do the design was over $8000, so needless to say, we still have a blank canvas...  Very misleading.

They did an adequate job.

I was consistently having water issues, his advice was to increase the size of my flower beds which would reduce the size of my yard and the area I would need to water.  That idea was the idea that I already came up with.

It took us a while to get a target date for beginning the project.  He was very adaptable to my needs and we communicated well from the beginning until the project was over yesterday.  The foreman of the project recommended an improvement to the design so that the soil and grass wouldn't move over the patio from the highest point of the yard.  After conversation with him and the owner of the company, we decided to add the bench seating to act as a retaining wall.  The workers were all careful to ensure that my dogs were not in the yard prior to opening the gates and were careful to lock the gates as they left each day.  I was comfortable with all the people working on the project.

David and his crew were very professional and concerned that they were meeting my expectations.  The yard looks great and all of them were a pleasure to work with.

Foundation repairs had trashed the yard.  Good for the house, but bad for the functionality and the asthetics.  Using an Angie's advertised discount, I connected with David Spradling and Image Landscapes.  We worked on the designs for close to a month.  I gave my vision and he put it onto paper.  There was no delay in the plan development with the holidays and the different discussions.  We are right on my desired timeline. 

I am really excited about the plans.  They include the irrigation needed to preserve the foundation work, hardscaping to enhance the driveway, the entrance and the garden, and lots of beautiful, xeriscape and natural plantings.  I will be able to enjoy this garden for many years.
