If you have any self preservation at all do NOT rent from this company. I can't say if they are more unethical or incompetent. They ignored repeated complaints of excessive high water bills saying the property owners weren't getting back to them and that this was simply the tenant's responsibility. While they ignored the maintenance problem I raised they gave out my personal cell phone to myriad companies to do appraisals for non-urgent and cosmetic maintenance needs, and harrassed me with text messages and phone calls (at least 10 on Thanksgiving day) demanding I measure water levels and submit reports treating me as if I was staff rather than a tenant. They showed up on the property without notice to take pictures "because the owners requested it." I was told numerous times the company does not care about the renter but works for the property owners. Unscrupulous, unkind and manipulative. Nothing this company says is honest or to be trusted. And they will never take responsibility for any problems. Nancy seems to enjoy pitting tenant against owner while she washes her hands of any responsibility. She had contractors who left garbage, beer bottle and food wrapped in foil my dog ate. It was of no concern to them, they just demanded I take time off of work to accommodate the borage of contractors they wanted on the property. Nancy will speak to you in a little sing song voice explaining how she holds no responsibility for anything but the contentment of the owners. Trust me. They weren't pleased with Nancy either, but somehow went from a walk through without problems months before I moved out to "damages" equally a large deposit. Funny how that happened.

I contacted iHeart Property Management to help us rent our house in San Antonio--which had been sitting mostly-vacant for the nearly five years its purchase. Nancy was prompt in her response, and helped us navigate the maze of all that was required to prepare our house for the rental market. She also expeditiously handled the myriad house maintenance issues that came about from the house sitting unoccupied for so long, and quickly found some wonderful tenants. Her fee is one-half of the first month's rent, and ten percent a month after that, and we have found that it is well worth the price to have someone as experienced and professional as Nancy handle everything that could possibly go wrong in a rental house. We would definitely recommend iHeart Property Management to anyone that requires Property Management services in San Antonio.

Instead of getting an answering machine or a secretary, I was able to talk with her directly and she came by that same evening to view the property. I could not have been more pleased and feel confident that we will work well together and I can have peace of mind that my property will be taken care of in my absence.
