They show a lack of responsiveness. I had to ask about the delivery status of my stove over the course of  4-6 weeks. When they did the install, we thought we had a gas leak. We reached out to Homewerks to let them know we didn 't get a prompt response and the response we did get did not give the impression that they were very concerned.

I would highly recommend this company! Originally we had been dealing with All Vacuum and I had vowed to never use them again so I was excited to see Homewerks on Angie's List. Not only did they fix my floor pan, which is what I had called them for, but they also figured out an ongoing year long problem that we had with our system not turning off unless you turned it off manually in the garage. Wade was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service!

Confirmed with Bertazzoni that the board went bad and needed a new one. Their vendor had one in stock and when it came in they would install. 2nd appointment was installed the board - cost of $400 and oven now works! Employees were very polite and professional. I also kept in contact with the Bertazzoni rep and he was glad that the part did not have to come from Italy for that could take up to a month, I only had to wait about 2 weeks. I'm very good at making reservations! I would recommend Homewerks to a neighbor.

I took my vacuum to his place of business and he repaired it right away.  He took the top off and reset it in about 5 minutes. He very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.  He was polite and even carried it out to my car for me.

I was very satisfied with my experiences with Homewerks. We purchased multiple appliances from them. They have come out to service a few things as well. They have great customer service. They are really good to deal with and are very fair. I will continue to use them in the future.

I think it was a good price for the work that was done. They are fabulous people; they are friendly, they are honest, they do good work, and they have good products. I plan on buying central vac from them when my new house is built. I think there are very few people that sell the same products that they do.

I was replacing the vent-a-hood over my range top and was having trouble finding the exact look and fit for the space. Denise took control from the minute I walked into the store with just a picture in hand. Her knowledge and expertise was evident as she flipped open the book, looked up dimensions, stayed within my price range and helped choose the look that would highlight and not disappear in the existing tilework. I was a confused customer walking in and a confident buyer walking out - the vent a hood is beautiful and we are now in the process of completing the look with matching accessories!

I went into the store to replace a Sharp vacuum that had stopped working. I heard their radio advertising and thought I would check out what they had. They showed me the Riccar and the Miele lines. The salesman was quite helpful and he suggested I go with the Miele line as canister vacuums produce more suction. I purchased the lowest price model along with a few boxes of vacuum cleaner bags. I got their six months financing, that was interest free as long as paid in full by this time. The vacuum is still working extremely well after about seven years of service so far. I have not had to have it serviced at all, but I suspect that it would be best if I replaced the belt. Still it is quite efficient and easy to use. It's not cheap, but the quality is definitely there. They also carry appliances for the kitchen and central vacuums. They are definitely a class act. This is the type of store I would run if I were to start a business.
