Sales and installation where great (could not be happier). However, I have been trying to get my gutters serviced since June (now October). I have talked to at least 7 people. I have left messages with Service and Warranty, but nobody calls me back from there. The people I talk to all cannot access the Service Calendar. They are not listening, so they keep trying to sell me new stuff or give me another number to call (I have 10 so far). I told them I need my old stuff fixed first.

He gave me a fair price and didnâ t use used car salesman tactics the other contracts tried

The salesman was very respectful. The price wasn't the lowest but while the other salesmen spent our time telling us why not to buy the other brands he spent our time showing off his own product. Price isn't everything. Service and respect are worth something also.

They had no problem coming out and doing the work within 24 hrs of me signing the contract, but when I noticed an issue, I got excuses from LEO that it was difficult to get someone out to "your remote location". Once the initial work was completed by 2 gentlemen, 1 of which spoke no English and the other very broken English, no foreman comes to inspect their work, and no one from the company called to see if I was happy with the work. When I contacted Leo, 2 days later about the downspout not being attached to the post , it was only after I contacted the salesman, 8 hours later, did I finally get a response from LEO. Leo then let me know that he would be out the following afternoon. When I contacted him at 3:48pm the next day, he told me it would be around 6pm that he would be there. Then it became 7:30pm with a long excuse attached to the text. My husband got sick of waiting for him and at 6:37pm I told him not to come and that we would be leaving a 2 star review for the terrible service. AND then suddenly my phone rang, and it was Leo! I'll be sending screen shots of all of his text messages to the salesman.

I felt like they did a bait and switch on price.When they came out to install the gutters,I showed them where I wanted 2 downspouts and another was already on bid for placement.They moved the one on their own and didn't place the other 2 where they were shown.They could have discussed with me at any time since I was sitting outside.They attached the brackets for the 3 downspouts directly into my siding!!!I got the receipt for the warranty with the wrong address,requested one with correct address 2 weeks ago and still don't have.When I complained,oops sorry,will re-train crew,but at least we got the water flowing away from the foundation!!

Our new gutter was recently installed and from what I can tell the material and installation are excellent. Joseph Garza visited us, explained the process, and provided a competitive quote. In a few days Leo and his team completed the project timely. Leo even returned a few days later to make a few adjustments.

HomeCraft was great to work with. Pricing was good and they got us scheduled for install within 2 days of getting the estimate. The installers were on time, professional and communicated with us throughout the install to make sure we were happy with how things were going. The gutter finish we chose matches our house color almost exactly which is awesome and they look great on the house.

4 hours done. They did it the way asked for Rainwater harvesting in the future. Great job!

Guys did a great job and completed quickly, highly recommended.
