They gentleman was very nice and gave me a lot of information on the brand. He took the time to explain everything and wasn't rushing me. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Home Depot because they have people that care and wait on you, it's just so different than what I've experienced other places.

Carpet Installation
We went to Home Depot to pick out new carpet for our bedrooms and hall. Customer service was very helpful and they gave us samples to look at, so we picked out the carpet we liked and they came out to measure the rooms and gave us an estimate. Their prices were really good and they explained the stain resistors and the warranties. The installation for carpet was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available and the carpet installers were right on time. They were careful bringing in the new roll of carpet so they wouldn't scrape the walls and they measured it perfectly. After they finished, they swept the carpet and cleaned up all the remnants. They did an excellent job and left the house in fine shape.
