It's been fine. The workers are fine and good. Their prices are fair. Whatever work I've ever had done has been good.

It was a terrible experience all together. I now know that the carpet and flooring department at this particular Home Depot knows very little about carpet and the installation process. And worse is that they do not know how to treat customers. Not one time was I offered any consolation - like the pad upgrade they now were offering etc. I was not worth seeing the 'Expeditor' face to face which I really didn't like at all. I did get the added story of how one of their employees is an alcoholic and probably was having a bad day... and just dropped the ball on this. This in my opinion was not very professional at all.Needless to say, I would never purchase carpet from this Home Depot ever again. My advice, go somewhere else for carpet. Stick to buying the items you can get yourself... at least from this store. It still would have been nice to have had a manager or equivalent offer some kind of courtesy (discount or gift card etc. for other merchandise) because I do shop at Home Depot stores. They should at least want to keep a customer that they have caused such consternation.

Everything was fine. The carpet was installed properly. The carpet I purchased had a very good price.

It turned out excellent.

It was a disaster. They lost it and it took forever to get the door. The delivery basically took longer than I thought. They didn't contact me. They said it would arrive on a certain date and it didn't arrive so I had to go after them. Then they told me they lost the door and then they found the door. When the door finally came, a part of it was defective. They had to reorder the astragal part that goes in the middle of double doors. It just took longer than I thought. I didn't have them install it. I just ordered it from them. I wouldn't recommend ordering any special order from Home Depot. It is fine to buy any stuff off the shelves. Their price was about average. They didn't do anything in terms of work. I wouldn't consider using them in the future.

I paid around $500 or $600. The one particular lady that worked in the appliance department was extremely good, but the rest of Home Depot I am not thrilled with.

I found what I wanted on my own, used the self service check out and left.

They did a good job and did not take too long. They were easy to deal with.

When I can't find something, I go to them and see what they can do about my problems. My son's bed came with 4 slats. It's a queen size bed and the slats didn't fit by almost half an inch. I went over to Home Depot and had one of their people pick out some wood for me. We cut them to the size that they needed to be, came home, and put them in his bed. Now he has 6 slats in his bed. They are the proper size and they don't fall out anymore. It doesn't matter what I go over to the store for, they always have very helpful people that take care of my needs. It is a very good company. Their price was very reasonable, but I don't remember how much I spent. I have never bought anything from them that I didn't feel comfortable with the cost of it. They have very good sales people that are attentive to the customers. Sometimes I have to wait for them because they are working with somebody else. I understand that and I wouldn't hold it against them. There is no doubt that I would use them in the future.

They did a great job. They were on time with everything. They were very helpful and were even able to help me with some special requests.

Good quality work. Timely scheduling. Took about two hours to accomplish. The crew swept up inside and outside. Two winter months later we can really tell the difference. The price was higher than we expected, but we got what we wanted.

The installer hired to do the installation did a good job, was pleasant and easy to talk to.

They were easy to deal with and did a good job. I would use them again.

It was a total disaster. The man they sent to measure the doors did it incorrectly. The doors had to be special ordered. When the installer came, he said the doors would not fit. New doors had to be ordered. The doors were installed in 2 days in November after the process was started in September. The side door needs adjusting. The installations company is no longer in business and Home Depot will not return my call. I will never have anything installed by Home Depot again. On the plus side, I got free installation of a screen door because they made a mistake on the measurement.

On the day of installation, the contractor left after the Home Depot representative left. He left three people who were not working. I contacted Home Depot to complain, and they assured me they would get into contact with me. The contractor arrived later, and pushed them to work. When the representative arrived I told him to find different people and get rid of the extra material they brought, which was left over from a different job. I left for Laredo, because I had to be back home. After coming back, I found that the gutter replacement was shoddy. The gutters now diverts water under the foundation. I explained this to the next Home Depot representative, and also explained the problems with the roof. I became fed up and have not had anyone else out for the job. I also have not signed the Satisfactory Completion Agreement b/c of the numerous problems. If I had known that Home Depot would subcontract out the work, I never would have used them. I was counting on them to find someone good

They are always good.

They matched the color we wanted great. They did the work on the days we needed, working with our busy schedule. They were on time, did it in one day, and I was very impressed. The workers were very polite.

Home Depot did a very good job and offered a great price. I did shop around and their price was a third of the price that the other companies quoted me. It has really made a difference in our electric bill. I thought that the employees that came out was very friendly and got right to work.

Home Depot did a very nice job. The carpet turned out beautifully and doesn't have any flaws. The crew installed it perfectly and finished in a day. They told us if a problem came up to just give them a call and they would take care of it. It was all perfectly done.

I wasn't happy with the end result of their installation, because they put the new water heater in my garage, and now I have to wait about five minutes before the hot water arrives inside. My yard man said that they should have elevated it more, and that would have solved the problem.

Home Depot did an all around good job that I felt was affordable. The men who came out were not actual Home Depot workers, but sub-contractors who did the work. They were real nice and I'd have to say represented Home Depot wonderfully. The doors that were installed were of good quality and the men got them in quickly. I don't have a single problem with them. I appreciated the job that was done for me.

Home Depot did a perfect job. The repairman finished the entire job in about 3 hours. It fits perfectly and is completely sealed; there are no drafts at all. He cleaned up his mess and all of the nails and wood. He was trustworthy. I was so happy with the work that I tipped an extra $40.
