The At-Home Services Sales Rep, as well as the Field Inspection Reps were extremely professional and polite. They answered any and all questions promptly and thoroughly.

Unfortunately, nothing really stood out.

Kitchen remodel when pretty well. The HD rep made certain the contractor did a good job...knew more than he did. In the middle of the kitchen remodel, I made the mistake having Home Depot aka their contractor take on the master bath and some whole house work like removing cottage cheese ceilings. Their contractor had taken on too much, had shoddy subs-the plumber was a nightmare. Home Depot made good on everything I asked of them. Regarding the contractor, after five months I requested he not return and hired others to finish the painting and some carpentrey in one week. Summary: Home Depot was great on the kitchen. Excellent cabinets and installers. I suggest one hire a great contractor for anything larger.

They were very nice and did exactly what they were going to do. Everything was done in time and worked out great. I had another company do my windows earlier, but, Home Depot did a much better job and it cost me lesser than the other company. They did a real good job. All the people I worked with from Home Depot were all very professional, very nice and always on-time. I am planning to get some more windows done by them next summer.

Home Depot has very nice employees working for them. The only thing I am not very impressed with is the fact that the first guy who came to look at my floor, refused to do it. He said that because I had a linoleum floor on there now, it was too risky. Something about asbestos. I did not like that at all. Finally, I got a good man from Home Depot to come and do the floor. He did a wonderful job. I have no problems with the floor. He was actually happy to do it for me, unlike the other guy. I cannot quite remember the price of the floor. I know that they were the cheapest estimate around; that is why I decided to go with them in the first place.

Home Depot did a good job installing my energy efficient window. They open and close properly and I have no complaints. I am really happy with them because I can clean the windows from the inside, which is helpful because they are on the second story.

Home Depot did a good job in my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that they did. They showed up on time and got right to work. They got the job done in one day. They were hard workers. The carpet seems to be stretched well and I can't see any seams. They called to check to make sure we were happy with their work.

Home Depot is very well known to be a good company to use. I did have a few problems with them, as they showed up with the wrong color of carpet twice. When they did bring the right carpet out they got right to work and installed the carpet perfect. I did get some money off because of the mishap.

Home Depot did an okay job. We were satisfied with the work that was done. The only thing we really weren't happy with was the fact that Home Depot sub-contracts out their carpet installations. They took a long time to actually set up a time for the sub-contractor to come out and install the carpet. I'm not sure if I would use them again or not.

Home Depot was very helpful during the whole selection process. They worked with me and my schedule to get it done. The cabinets look great. The contractors did a very good, clean job in installing them. I was very impressed.

Home Depot sub-contracted out this job. They did an okay job with the installation, but I really expected more for what I had to pay. We have had some problems with jamming which I'm not happy about. What I was really upset about is that the contractor said if I would have used him specifically, he could have saved me about one hundred fifty to two hundred dollars.

Home Depot did a terrible job. The people were rude. I don't really blame Home Depot, but they should screen who they send out to do the work for them. The carpet curled up. They said they couldn't come to fix it because too much time had passed. I would not use them again.
