Cheryl is amazing, this is the second time that we have hired her to come take care of our cute babies, (our 3 cats) she did such a wonderful job ensuring that our babies were fed, watered, and played with our kitties.  She also got our mail and watered my plants.  I am blessed to have found someone who is so passionate about animals, going on vacation is a lot easier without the hassles of having to board my cats.  I love that I can leave them at home in the comfort of our home. Thank you Cheryl. Definitely will use again.

My husband and I had never used a pet sitter before, but we are so glad that we found Home Alone Pets because Cheryl was fabulous, she took VERY, VERY, VERY good care of our kitties, as stated above, she fed, watered, and gave our kitties treats, got our mail, watered our plants, and played with our kitties everyday. She was fantastic! She has many years of experience and knows exactly what needs to be done. My husband and I will use her again. We had an appointment set and she showed up 15 minutes or so early. We really liked her and are so blessed we were able to use her services. We will definitely recommend Home Alone Pets to our friends and neighbors. :)

I called Cheryl to discuss pet sitting. She answered the phone right away and was very friendly. She informed me that she only services north west San Antonio and I live on the opposite side of town. She did provide the name of another pet sitter who she said had been in business over 20 years just like her. We chatted a bit about pet sitting, my pet, my experience sitting for my neighbor's pet and I really enjoyed talking to her. She wasn't aware that she was listed on Angie's list so I read one of the reviews that someone left and told her I would leave a review of my experience with her. I don't know anything about how she performs but from our conversation she seems quite knowledgeable and kind hearted.

We recently moved to San Antonio and wanted to find someone who take
care of our three cats while we went out of town. We did not want to
board them. Home Alone Pets was recommended to us by a provider who did
not serve our area. We could not be happier. Cheryl Wilson responded
quickly and visited us in our home. We are impressed with her attention
to detail and her relating to our pets.
She came in and
attended them on two days. The cats were very relaxed when we got
home. So different from when we would board them. We will use her
services again.

We have been using Home Alone Pets since 2002 and are completely satisfied with them. They have always been able to accommodate last minute travel plans and have been consistently reliable in carrying out their duties.
