He is local to us. I don't have to remember to call them; they call me when it is time, which is nice. Sometimes I let him do the inside of the house and sometimes not. He is easy going and says he will do whatever I want.

It went great, Tom is very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely use Hit Man again.

The experience was delightful. Tom arrived slightly before the appointed time. He had Tony with him. Both were very professional in appearence and communication. Tom explained to me what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. Tom worked the inside of my home, while Toney took care of the outside. They were finished in less than 30 minutes, and mainly because of them answering my questions. Since they have treated my property I have not seen a bug, well except for a couple of dead ones. I opted to go with their 90 day plan of treatment. I would highly recommend Hitman Pest Control

Hitman's services are the only local services I am aware that I can afford since I'm retired & on a fixed income.
 Tom was very straightforward in his approach to providing the basic service I needed & answered all my questions based on his extensive experience. I appreciated his honest answers & recommendations on treating certain insects myself & saving money, such as yard ants that are not fire ants.  No hype to get you to spend more money for his services unnecessarily .
Tom & his assistant were punctual & performed a thorough service inside & outside the home. Both were very nice persons to converse with.

Not only is he less expensive, he is also better than other companies. He does an excellent job.

He does a very good job and shows up when he is supposed to and keeps the appointment. I have also used him to trap wild animals too. He calls me up when it is time for my service and comes out to do it. I would rate him highly. I would use him again in the future.

Tom arrived, checked the house, gave me an estimate and got to work.  He met me first thing, so that I could get to work on time and then he offered to sprayed the inside first so that I could get to work!  Such a gentleman.

Tom, from Hitman Pest Control, has been our exterminator for almost 3 years. Tom has performed everything from basic pest control to complete eradication in a house we just bought that sat vacant for over a year.  Tom is always punctual and friendly and takes into consideration that we have pets and he uses the organic options for pest control.  The organic spray he uses in the house smells of Dr. Pepper and works very well.  Tom also uses granules in our yard to help prevent fleas. and will come back free of charge to re-spray should a pesky cockroach show up after he has applied his treatment.  Tom has even offered use of his traps when we found a opossum had been living underneath our house when we first bought it. 

We have used many contractors in our home since we purchased it almost three years ago, and Tom has NEVER let us down.  We recommend him highly and trust him, his knowledge, and the work he performs.

We thought we had some possums that came into the home, and it ended up being nothing. They did not charge and were VERY friendly about the mix-up!!!! I will definitely use them for my pest control know that I have gotten to know Tom... We have two homes in San Antonio, TX. We used this service for well over a year. The price was right and the quality of service was good. However, the representative was offensive, using crude language, discussing his s** life and all the problems his girlfriend was having with her ex-husband, as well as his problems with his ex-wife, made racial comments and derogatory political comments; in other words, all kinds of really personal information that I don't necessarily want from a service person. The last straw was his use of crude language in front of my 81 year old mother. Again, the service quality was good, and the price was right, but I was able to find a comparable service with more professional representative.

I answered the door to the pizza delivery man who had a strange look on his face. From above there came a tumbling and a screeching(think The Exorcist). He looked at me and said, You have something in your attic. The sound was familiar to me as I have many families of squirrels playing daily in the trees in my back yard. I simply had not planned on having a family of them in my attic. That same afternoon, I sat searching the computer for items for the nursery. Above me I could hear the squirrels running around. I quickly began searching for someone to come out and make them go away. I called several places for estimates. Two told me that they did not trap squirrels. One had an answering machine which said, We charge two hundred dollars for an estimate; if you are interested leave your number. I was in shock thinking I would never be able to get rid of the squirrels. I spoke with two companies after that. Tom from Hit Man Pest Control answered his phone right away when I called. It was late on that Saturday, and I did not expect anyone to answer at that time of evening. He told me that when he got back to the office he would give me call and set up a time for an estimate. He said was unable to do it then because he was at dinner at a restaurant. I was impressed because if I was at dinner, I wouldn t have answered the phone. He called back. Then came out and gave an estimate. Less than a week later, he came out and covered the areas where the squirrels were getting in. There was one other area upon further inspection which also needed to be filled. He took care of that also and all of it for the original estimate! I will definitely use their services again in the future.

He was easily accessible and my rental house is right there in the same neighborhood. My tenant is the one that works with him and she really likes him. I set up a every three month treatment and her and I split up the cost of it. I let her handle the details since she lives there. They are always very pleasant with me when I talk to them and my renter seems to be taken with him too.
