Dissatisfied with the work done and customer service. Been calling but have been given excuses. Job not done after 3 weeks

Foundation repair post, the house was leveled. Allen follows through by going out to the job site. He is honest, and professional, and gets the job done on time.

Unfortunately, we found out that the previous home owner lied about foundation issues and succeeded with the sale since we were unaware of what to look for. This company was amazing from the very first phone call. I requested a quote and immediately received a call back with an appointment the very next day. Allen Alexander and Zack were very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. On the day of the estimate, we explained that we had put our remodeling on hold due to the foundation issues. Allen was very helpful and was able to squeeze us into their schedule to start the very next week. Their pricing was great for all the work our home needed. Workers were professional, polite, and very respectful. Even with the weather not cooperating, they continued to work without a complaint. When the job was done everything was swept, cleaned and all around the home looked neat and patterned out as if nothing was done. We have been in San Antonio for only a few years and it has been hard to find good, trustworthy people. I am so glad we found Hercules Foundation. They made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Knowing that we have a lifetime warranty with a company like this makes us feel at ease. We would definitely reccomend this company to anyone searching for foundation/home leveling repair.

I reached out to Hercules Foundation Repair due to what looked like some concerning cracks throughout my home. Casey immediately scheduled me an appointment with one of their inspectors for the same week. When Justin came out he explained to me the issue with my foundation, the plan for repair, and gave me an estimate same day. Once signing the contract they began the next week and were complete within 3 days. The communication throughout the whole process was direct and honest, they even cleaned everything up once complete and left my garage and yard in better condition then prior! Would highly recommend.

My pier and beam house was built around the end of WW2 and the bathroom looked like it had been there. I had foundation issues due to old water damage and the floor felt like it was on the verge of collapse. The foundation was done relatively quick and raised the bathroom 1.5 inches. A few cracks but nothing a little putty and paint couldn't fix. They were in and out in about 3 days and you wouldn't even know they were there with the way they respectfully took care of everything. Next was the bathroom remodel. The bathroom had to go down to the studs and the frame. All supports were reinforced and pipes replaced. To help assist with expediting this, have a list of everything you want ahead of time and start ordering asap. Supply lines are still not the best and was able to swap some materials out to comparable on the shelf replacements. Keep the concept in mind but be flexible with the details and you won't be disappointed. This stalled completion by a week but overall was completed in a little over 3 weeks. The house does not shake the pictures when you walk thru it now and the bathroom sparkles and shines vs being a scary place to walk into. I highly recommend Hercules Foundation and Home Remodeling. Allen Alexander is a warm individual to work with and put me at ease to face the challenges ahead. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was done. Felix and Mike the storyteller made the foundation work feel like it was a walk in the park. Rodger the carpenter was with me every step of the way on the bathroom and wrangling the ordering and the trades teams like a boxing champion. Dave the tile master was cutting edge with his impromptu design. They were all very pleasant to work with, very professional and highly skilled at what they do and they do it well. Respectful of working in your home and kept it clean like if they were working in their own home. If you are interested in having this type of work done, I would highly recommend talking with these folks as you are gathering your bids. Every time I walk by my new bathroom, I stop and smile.

Hercules foundation is very professional they came in and assess the situation wrote me up a contract and got the job done very quickly and time efficient. Everything was a breeze, from scheduling to making the payments, to just checking in on the repairs itself! It took a little longer then anticipated due to the honesty of the repairs needed once work began.
