During our recent home sale process, John worked tirelessly to manage the listing, providing a comprehensive market analysis for the neighborhood and patiently updating over 25 photos in the MLS to ensure they showcased my home in the best light and to my satisfaction.  He created a beautiful, full-color brochure to market our home, and created a binder with information about the home that could be reviewed by potential buyers.  As the listing was viewed, I received regular reports from MLS updating me on the "online" views of my home. He was a strong supporter of the showing process, using a centralized service for scheduling, but following up personally with the touring agent and me on every visit.  When I was ready to consider a price drop, John was there to help me choose the right new price to move the property.  He was a sounding board, the "voice of reason" and thought partner who helped me hear the truth when needed.  During the offer negotiation, he was tenacious in getting the best deal possible for me and my family, and he was a supportive counselor at the closing.  John went above and beyond the call of duty to support the closing on several occasions, providing support to a process that was complicated by a recent divorce and a number of lengthy business trips.  John was my trusted partner of choice, and I would highly recommend him.
