receptionist was friendly and helpful.  Nurse was also helpful and put you at ease.  Doctor was on time and complete. He is very good and has a great bed side manner. He is laid back and not pushy.  He listens well to what you tell him and suggests a course of action when necessary.

They have always been really great with me whenever I need to go see the doctor.

He just seems to know what he is doing. I don't think he is taking in more patients because he is loaded up.

He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to hear what's going on. He is reasonable and has good access. There is a suite of doctors. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clark for approximately 10 years.  I absolutely trust Dr. Clark and her expertise.  She is always thorough and leaves no stone unturned.  She also treats my husband and mother and I often recommend her to family and friends.  Dr. Clark is an active listener and includes you as part of the decision process as it relates to your health and medical treatment.    

She is very thorough, and she listens to you.  She takes her time.  I never feel rushed in there.  She is very knowledgeable and understanding.

We've gone to him for a year or two. He's a terrific guy. He is really fantastic. He ended my visit yesterday by saying I was a gentleman and scholar. By saying things like that how could I not like him as a doctor? Our son is a pharmaceutical rep and he actually recommended him to us. He said that he was very smart, very personable and cares very much about his patients so we switched. He is much, much better than the family doctor we had gone to. He is really, really caring. I had to go to the Mayo Clinic after I had only dealt with him once or twice and I had to have letters. He was extremely helpful. He wrote an exhaustive two page letter and took a great deal of time doing it. Some of the doctors I'd seen for ten years only wrote a couple of sentences. He even called me personally at home after I called the office. Another doctor I saw wouldn't return calls at all. They always call in prescriptions the same day. He is very, very timely and understating. He is personable and thoughtful. I hadn't seen him for six months and when I walked in yesterday he asked me how my son was doing so he obviously remembered my son and me. He is very knowledgeable. They moved offices about a year ago into a great beautiful facility. It is really tremendous; they used to have a waiting room that was packed like sardines because it was so teeny tiny. They now have a very spacious waiting area and spacious everything. They run extremely efficiently for checking in and checking out. They are on time even though there are a lot of people there. They cater to the elderly. We can see them the same day for an urgent appointment.

I was satisfied with the experience.

The experience was good. Dr. Jakubowski was down to business, and he treated the problem with the advice of what to expect from the medication.
