Home Security System Service
After a burglary, we decided to go with our neighboor's recommendation for a new alarm system . The owner Todd installed a new home alarm, it took about 10 trips and many many phone calls before complete installation. It never worked 100% but we finally gave up calling when he never showed up to fix the system and his phones got disconnected. He promised to come to fix issues so many times, but would never show up. We contacted him again about after 1 year when the system completely died, he promised to come but never showed up and disconnected his phone lines just like he did before. Had to call a professsional company to get it fixed and it cost another 150 dollars. Todd is very unprofessional and quality of his work is very questionable.
