Harold arrived on time. He knew immediately what the problem was with the leaky faucet and dripping shower. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and attentive. The complete job took a couple of hours, which included needing to pick up the replacement parts. I had used another plumber in the past for the same problem and Harold was totally opposite in his quality, efficiency and price. I highly recommend Harold for any plumbing problem!

This was a simple job that I probably could have done myself; however, I was suffering from a bad cold and one of the outdoor bibs was leaking so I needed it done. Further, I was afraid that if I did this and something went wrong, I would be in deeper trouble. I happened to see his truck in front of his house while he was getting his mail. Since he was close I decided to give him a try as one plumber I used wanted to charge me $75 in travel time. Harold replaced the bibs with high quality units. problem solved.

We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink over the weekend.  I called Harold's Plumbing first thing (8AM) on Monday morning and spoke directly with Harold.  By Noon, my repair was made!  The garbage disposal bracket that attaches the disposal to the sink had corroded/rusted through.  So the plumber replaced the garbage disposal.  We live in Fair Oaks Ranch so I didn't anticipate we'd find a plumber willing to commit to same day service or come out from San Antonio so quickly.  But it was less than 4 hours between when I contacted Harold's Plumbing and when my repair was completed!  I will definitely use Harold's Plumbing again and HIGHLY recommend them.

The workers were professional and not messy. They worked quickly and efficiently. After ascertaining the problem, they repaired it. The charges were reasonable, although the labor at $75.00 plus a $25.00 trip charge was most of the expense. They returned to fix the leak again without recharging.
