This company provides wonderful service. They were very responsive to us in an emergency situation after our home was broken into. They run a top-flight organization. Another company we called was not responsive at all, but they came to our rescue so that we could feel safe in our home.

The workman arrived within five minutes. I was unhappy with myself because I did not think of this solution. I was told WD-40 could be used, as well, but not a graphite-based spray. As time goes on, the lock is a little harder to open and I do not know who many times it can be sprayed before it has to be replaced.

CURTIS CAME OUT AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE KEYS WERE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OUT. I DID NOT EVEN GET THAT FROM WAL-MART.

THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. THE COUNTER HELP WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ALSO HAVE ON STOCK OTHER HARD TO FIND KEYS THAT HAVE INTENDED TO GO BACK AND GET.
