The estimate was 1000.16, he was only suppose to give me an estimate on the air conditioner, but he want ahead and fixed it, and then billed me another 780.00 without consulting me first. I did not want him to fix it right now.

Gary is an extremely experienced Carpenter and Electrician. He takes pride in satisfying his customers, and his work is superior. My goal was to take the and quot;trackand quot; out of track home, and Gary understood my vision. He is so easy going and pleasant, and never rattled by my last minute ideas or changes. His carpentry skills are outstanding, all cuts are perfectly mitred, nail holes filled, and caulked by a professional. His quote was competitive, I couldn't be happier with the finished job. I've got some plumbing work to be done next, and Gary will be the only handyman I will call. I recommend Gary Allder without any reservations.

Gary has all the tools he needed for both jobs. He explained what he was going to do and stuck to his plan. He was patient to explain what he was doing if I stuck my head in and asked.
