The end product looks really bad. None of the pictures are aligned with one another. The guy who performed the job said it's because the frames are different sizes but they are all the same exact frames and they are all the same size. I measured them myself. The guy left multiple holes in the wall that are pretty big. You can tell he had difficulty measuring. The proof is in the amount of wholes in the wall. The job was to hang up 12 pictures (2 rows of 6). I have 18 wholes in my wall. I only approved using hooks to hang up the pictures. When I took down the bottom row of pictures to see why they were so crooked, along with the multiple wholes, I see screws in my wall which I did not authorize him to use. Lastly when he was finished he didn't put any of the furniture he moved back. What really upsets me though is for the amount of carelessness that went into hanging up these pictures I could've saved $300 and hung them up myself. I would've thrown in the extra wholes in the wall too free of charge. I am very disappointed in the service I received and I do not recommend this company or this particular handyman. Now I'm stuck with trying to find someone to patch the holes in the wall and hang the pictures properly. Word of advice to Tony the handy man if you're not sure what you're doing STOP and if you're about to do something that wasn't agreed upon ASK FIRST!
