We had a house purchase that was very abnormal in almost every step of the process. David was a champ through it all and definitely worked things out for our best interest. Not only was he a fantastic representative, but who can beat getting money back from their realtor after buying a house??
(There were issues with the title company - David was still there helping us out even after the purchase, paperwork was all done, and even after he was paid and no longer obligated to help us)
If/when we ever make another real estate purchase, there will be no question about who we will use!
