Hernandez, DOB: Oct. 4, 1970, was found guilty for parole violations and is now serving in a Texas State Correctional Facility.  Sentence maximum release date 19 Nov. 2015.  However he could be granted  parole as soon as 19 Nov. 2014.  *****AVISO...WARNING*****  Don't let this convicted FELON, in your home...!!!  His Texas Department of Licensing, residential apprentice license has been permanently "REVOKED"...!  These statements can all be verified through Texas State Public Safety Records.  If this convicted felon ever sets foot on my property I will enforce the laws of ' Castle Domain and Stand Your Ground Laws, as defined in:TEX PE.
