I own a Real Estate Transaction Management Company and have used Guys Unlimited for all our clients for years. The clients have always been happen with there work & expertise. They take pride in the work they do in helping people, no short cuts, warrant the work they do. I had to use them on my personal home this weekend for the water heater. They had to call Santos the plumber from there team. Santos came over looked at all the piping and water heater, he informed, a new water heater was needed and he would replace all the piping. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the damage that was done on the water heater. Also, showed me that if I would of let this go another couple of days we could of had a fire, he should the wiring, where it had already tried to burn through the casing. They removed the existing water heater, cleaned everything up and installed the new one, replaced all piping and filled the water heater and tested it several times to make sure there would be know problems. They did an excellent job, professional all the way through. They are the only people I would call for my clients, as well as myself. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

My upstairs shower started to leak, I brought in a plumber who told me it was my shower pan and most likely everything would have to be taken out and redone. I posted something on Angie's List. Within 30 minutes Joseluis called me and asked when would be a good time to come over. Everyone else just emailed me and told me to let them if I wanted to go forward. He gave me a free estimate, with some tips on where I could get materials and ideas for layouts of tile. Once we decided to go forward he arrived with his crew and it only took them 6 days to rip out and redo everything. When he ripped out the old material he showed me where the other contractor had gone wrong during install and gave me a chance to take pictures, so that I could try and resolve that with them. His crew of guys were very good and always courtesy. Once during trash day I saw one take my trash bin back after it was picked up. He didn't have to, but it was little things like that always occurring. They went above and beyond anything I asked of them. Joseluis finished work was very good. He showed me the material he used to seal everything and the red-guard he applied to all the joints which would prevent anything from coming through. He made sure nothing like this would every happen again to the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom is very solid now, it's beautiful, and on top of this he warrantied his work. There is not one single thing I could say wrong about this man or his work. Hire him for anything you need. He won't disappoint.

They did an awesome job for us. They sealed the deck, and handicapped ramp with Thompsons Water Seal. They were very professional, and punctual. Mr. Joseluis and his team were very thorough in their job ethic. They explained what was going to be done once we explained what we needed. We need more companies to follow the company's job performance guidelines. Guys Unlimited 4 Rent job performance was outstanding. Overall the job went well. Joseluis and his men replaced my rotting wood siding on my 2 story home with Hardie cement siding. They also replaced the insulation. There was some difficulty with the electrical box being removed and replaced due to a lack of communication on everyone's part. The house looks good. Joseluis went the extra mile at no extra cost. He fixed my gate and mowed my yard and power washed the sidewalk, driveway, and back patio area when the job was complete. I would recommend him.

JoseLuis, the owner of Guys Unlimited 4 Rent is very professional. He is punctual and very pleasant to work with. Him and his team do quality work. They clean up daily and never leave a mess. Joseluis and his team are miracle workers. We had a small bathroom that needed a serious update. The remodel looks like something right out of a home design magazine. Joseluis was extremely responsive and professional. I received daily updates on the project. They did what we asked and more. The quality of work is top notch and you can’t beat their prices. Could not have asked for a better experience working with a contractor. He was always on time (even early most of the times) and was willing to work around my schedule. Every repair that him and his team worked on was done to perfection and with time efficiency. If he was not able to perform part of the task, he knew who to call and knew that they would do a great job. I had to make a few changes to my original request and he was able to accommodate. I will be calling on him again to do more projects around the house. I am so blessed to have found such a handy person that has skill and integrity!

Excellent the fence is uprighted more steel post installed larger concrete base and left a gap under fence to try and let water runoff to go under.

Joseluis was very responsive, reasonable, and reliable. After we floated our own wood floor in 4 rooms, we realized that the concrete slab was not as level as it needed to be. Joseluis and Jaime leveled the concrete then glued down the wood floor for us in the 4 rooms. They were very mindful to save as much wood as they could from our initial attempt so that we did not have to order more. Joseluis is easy to work with and focused on keeping his customers happy. They worked very hard, and we are extremely pleased with the result!

We've lived in our home for over 2 years and within 3 months of living in it our small acrylic panel in our stand up shower got warped and caused a huge leak. We were able to get everything from carpet to molding fixed but could not find anyone who can fix our shower. Thankfully we found Jose and his helper and in a matter of minutes they fixed our shower. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable we are very happy with his work.

Joseluis was very meticulous to lay plastic sheeting along the floors of my home where he worked, which kept my home clean. He also had the right equipment to spray the drywall to create the texture of the wall. He also repainted everything (with paint that I provided to him). Overall, he was super.

Joseluis showed up with his helper to take care of our renovation request; with all materials needed. There were no surprises and all work was done as explained, and with the materials that we had requested. We did request that Joseluis come back and touch up a few minor things; cosmetic only. Joseluis showed up and took care of the items that we had pointed out; this was done in a timely manner. Joseluis is very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with his work and will keep his number handy for future use.

Everything went wonderfully! Joseluis and his team are fantastic. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs! They showed up 15 minutes earlier than when they said they would, and they'd stay late to get as much work done as possible. Always cleaned up which made living in the house through the project so much nicer. We really can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Our kitchen look absolutely beautiful, and we've received so many compliments. We are looking forward to starting another project with them very soon!

The process went smoothly. Always a good sign when the crew shows up on time everyday. They came prepared with all the materials needed. Never left without cleaning up. Work was done on time and on budget.

We were very impressed with the quality of work that was performed by Jose Luis and his team. I called him first over the weekend and he came out on a Sunday morning to inspect the house and take notes. By that evening he sent me a quote for the work, which i felt was very fair. Him and his employee came out later that week to build the doggy door. This was not a simple task as they had to break through brick to reach the inside of the house. He patched the inner walls and painted them so that they looked nice. The workmanship was top notch.. it was very clean and the doors look great... we will certainly continue using Jose Luis for future jobs!!! - Arturo Machado
