Overall it was a great experience however it should be pointed out that they sell premium gutters which is why they are not cheap. Their gutters carry about 3 times as much water run off as regular gutters which was exactly what I needed.  With the heavy rains last spring I found out the gutters on the back of the house couldn't handle the runoff,  Water was pooling against the house and getting into the house.  We haven't had any really heavy rains since then but I feel pretty confident the larger gutters will really help keep the water from getting into the house.

They did a fine job. These gutters are wonderful but VERY EXPENSIVE.  At least I have a lifetime
of no clogged gutters that they will unclog guaranteed.

They were a little on the pricey side. Everything went up well and they did what they were supposed to do. They did also offer one year payments with no interests. They got the job done all in one day. The cleanup fine and they took away the old gutters.

Although the sales process was typical of a demonstration sales pitch, the product itself is top notch.
If you are interested in a high end gutter system that will not need cleaning out, this is the one. Climbing on
ladders holds no luster for me, so I needed a no clog solution. The Gutter Maxx gutters are expensive, but guaranteed not to clog, or the company will come out to clean them for free. The install crew were right on time, skilled and very nice. They clearly knew their job and handled some needed carpentry work to complete the job, all part of the cost. I am very pleased and have already had a heavy rain shower to test how they work, great!

We've only had three rains, but are very happy so far. They look very nice. The workmen worked very well in bad weather and did an excellent job.

Gutter Maxx may be a bit pricey, but I am happy with the leaf free gutters they installed. The quality of work is excellent!

The job looks great and is professional!
This project replaced a standard gutter system, which filled w/leaves even when protected w
screens etc. I no longer have to get on a ladder and clean out gutters. I have lots
of big trees which drop leaves every year - no longer do I have to worry.
Old gutter system flooded, overflowed to facia board, which had to be replaced. This ststem
will eliminate this problem!
Received estimates from several other companies who provide the same type of gutter systems.
Gutter Max was competitive in price.

The salesman and install crew were on time. They worked neatly and professionally. The color and workmanship looks great, and the gutters work great. I expect these gutters to last a long time. They did need to add a downspout at an additional cost to me because the salesman's estimate did not account for the sagging of the overhang.
The quality of the work is very good.

After seeing the ads for Gutter Maxx in various mailings, and having a brand new house with an architectual quirk (looked nice, but the builder's design caused rain water to poor directly onto our front door and we did not opt for the gutters from the builder), we contacted Gutter Maxx. The sales rep came to our house late in the day (sun was setting) since we were unavailable during the day. He acted rushed and told me they were not cheap, but could solve our problem with the rain pouring directly onto the front door with a special item only Gutter Maxx could offer. He tried to convince me to get gutters on the whole house, but seeing as he said he wasn't cheap I stuck to a budget (opted only to have key areas on roughly 1/3 of the perimeter of the house). He showed me pictures of their painting options to blend in with the house, but when we went out on our covered patio it was dark, and we picked out the color match for the siding in dim lighting. In that moment of bad lighting, I did not realize the trim was a darker color, nor did the sales rep suggest to check the trim color.
We signed for gutters and they installed within 2 weeks. They did not leave a mess and the gutters were installed without damaging anything. The color matched the siding perfectly, but the areas along the trim stood out. For that price, they should match both the trim and the siding. No one from the company called me to follow up at any point during or after the installation of the gutters. My only conversation with company were with that rushed sales rep that one evening.
The special gutter did fix our water on the front door problem, but I think we paid too much. I never did check with other companies if they could solve our unique water-on-the-front-door problem, so I don't know if Gutter Maxx truly was the only one in the market offering such a product at the time.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use them again.

Lawrence took a personal interest and handled some challenges associated with the project in a conceintous and innovative manner. I would recommend this group without hesitation.

Workers performed the installation while we were at work. Neighbors reported they worked diligently most of the morning. Gutters and downspouts look great! The colors we indicated were the colors they installed. Looking forward to the next substantial rain!

These folks are professionals every step of the way. We already had estimates from 3 other companies when we contacted GutterMaxx and made an appointment for Ray Thompkins to provide an estimate for us. He was right on time, brought a sample of the gutters and explained and then showed us how they work. He provided a detailed estimate based upon actual measurements. Of all of the companies we talked to, this was the only one that provided us with references and with addresses that we could drive by and actually look at installed gutters. There was also absolutely NO high-pressure. We were having our house painted before installing the gutters and when we called Ray later and asked if he could bring us actual sample pieces of the gutters to match the paint to, he was happy to do so. We did pay more that we had expected to when we decided to replace the gutters. However, after learning about this system, comparing it to others on the market and then dealing with this company, we determined that this was by far the best investment. No more cleaning out gutters and the complementary beauty of the product on our home is incomparable! The company worked with us to schedule installation for a day that was convenient for us and, as promised, the installation was accomplished in only 1 day. The installers were professional, courteous and experienced craftsmen who showed up on time and accomplished the job as promised.

Bruce, who came to give the estimate, was professional, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Most importantly I didn't feel I was getting a "hard sell" like I did with the other company. Also he didn't run down the competition, just stated why he felt his product was better. The workman that installed the gutters arrived a little late but called earlier to warn me they were running late on a previous job. Once here they worked quickly, finishing in less time than I expected. They showed me and explained exactly what they had done and completely cleaned up after themselves. The cost was more than I ever thought I'd pay for gutters but totally in line with the competition's price. The gutters look good, almost like crown moulding on the house. I would recommend GutterMax to anyone looking for a leaf free system.

Install went excellent. Needed a few more parts but didn't nickel and dime me, didn't change me more. Showed up on time, cleaned up. I would highly reco them.

Great overall experience!

Very professional. Asked them to clean up a litlle afterwards. Now need them to bring a bigger piece. Called and they have not called back.

I thought they did a really good job. They were a little expensive, though.

They were very accommodating and did a good job quickly. This was a leafless type gutter and they put them all around the house. I later had a limb fall and dint the new gutter and they came out and replaced it free.

Found out through my neighbor that they were charging me a lot more (double) what they were charging him. They ended up giving me some money back because of this. They also told me that the gutters will not clog and they have. I now have to call them to have them clean it out.

I JUST LOVE IT. IT MATCHES MY HOUSE AND DOES NOT STICK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB FROM MY HOUSE. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, HAD THE WORK DONE IN NO TIME, AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL. THEY LEFT NO DEBRIS IN MY YARD.

I was happy with the installation process but the only negative comment that I can make is that they are not very artistic. I did have to call them back to fix something but they did not give me a problem when I called there. Otherwise the quality of the work was pretty good.
