I had researched on the type of vehicle I was looking for and basically, they had one price, whatever price was on the tag, that was the price. There weren’t any surprises, I liked that. They weren’t pushy, they let me decide. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t just browsing around. I saw the car I wanted and I said, “this is it!”

They were very pleasant and provided good service.

We have three cars that qualified and we’re always taking it there for something and maintenance. The last visit was free because they replaced a key fob that was covered under the warranty. I have total faith in them.

I have been going to them since around 2005. I am driving the second Infinity from them. They know the car and they know me. They will give me a loaner if needed. They are all very friendly and nice. They have a lovely waiting room with refreshments and entertainment. They always wash the car for me after they finish too!

I purchased my Infiniti from Gunn in 2008 because their sales staff was great and offered me a reasonable price for my trade. Oil changes are comparable in price to any local oil change provider and the Gunn oil change comes with a multi-point inspection, a car wash and a loaner vehicle if needed. As with every visit, the Gunn service personnel inspected my vehicle and recommended maintenance services but were honest about which services were necessary and which could probably wait until the next visit. The professionalism and courtesy at Gunn Infiniti is always fantastic!

When they came to report their findings they approached me with a long list of things, mostly preventative care, that needed to be completed on my car before larger problems occurred. The list provided the amounts for each repair that they recommended that I have done. The total equaled more than $4 thousand dollars. I stated to the associate helping me that I could not understand how this many repairs had accrued. I had just had a sensor repaired, not more that a month or two prior. At this time they did not state that any of the current problems existed, but instead had said that I needed to repair another sensor. I did not have that sensor repaired at that time, due to cost. At this current visit that sensor did not appear on the list. I asked the associate what the large amount of each repair cost was, and he said and agreed that it was the amount they charged per hour, that was a little over $130 per hour. Many of the items listed had parts that I went over the list and reviewed what items I could have done at the Nissan dealership or at another repair shop. I had ridiculous repair costs listed, where the parts for the repair were a couple of dollars while the amount for the repair would put the repair in the hundreds. One repair was for the change of a fuse, the fuse was around $1.74 and with the repair hour cost it brought the total to change a fuse close to $35. Conveniently many of the repairs could be done at another location, but I would still have to purchase the part through the Infiniti dealership.
Beside the amount they were charging per repair, I also questioned why had none of the current problems been reported on my previous repair visit just months before. Several of the repairs listed should have been detectable at my last visit, such as leaking gaskets in my oil pan and in my rack and pinion. The repair for the rack and pinion alone was close to $2800, with the parts alone around $1500.
Sadly, being frustrated by the cost of preventative repairs and not being able to trust their word that the repairs really were necessary and had to be done, I traded my Infiniti in for another type of vehicle. When I traded my vehicle in that dealership did locate the problems listed.

I had to tow my car to their place. The insurance didn't cover it. I never got a key back that I called back for. There were two keys when it went in and it was a valet key. I got all my keys from the second set; but from my first set, I just got my ignition key. Even though I called them about it, one one ever called me about it or responded, so I figured that it was lost. The biggest problem is the distance. The price is expensive. I towed my car to a local mechanic, but the problem could have been fixed only by the dealer. It was ready when they said it would be.

They are really nice. They offer a car when we get our car serviced. They are pretty accurate on the time it will take to complete. They are polite and offer drinks when we go.

I took my car in for an oil change. After the oil change was completed I was told that my Infiniti G35 needed both the compression rods ($890) and the left knuckle ($780) replaced due to the compression rod bearings being worn and the left knuckle boot leaking grease. This is like telling someone they need a new rim and tire when their tire is just worn out and needs to be replaced. The compression rod bearing can be replaced without replacing the whole rod and the lower ball joint can be replaced without replacing the whole knuckle assembly. They know this, but hope to get a uninformed customer who will be intimidated and just approve all the repairs suggested. They are crooks and I will never go back!

They have a good service; we had a nice experience. Depending on what kind of car other people were looking for, I would recommend them.

It was excellent. To me, American car dealers are out to make money. The foreign car dealers are out to satisfy the customers. They never let you leave unhappy. If something isn't exactly right, they will make it right before you leave.
