Very satisfied.

Contractors arrived on time and completed work with one day. They removed old shingles, replaced with new ones; replaced turtle vents, satellite dish, trim, etc. Contractors picked up nails and old material to dispose of and they apologize for running truck in the yard. Contractors will re-imburse any cost if there is an issue with the water line.

I give them A's for everything and I will use them again. I was their customer and now they are one of my customers.

Overall I was satisfied with the job. Had one leak, one day after the roofing was completed, it rained. I called them, they came and maid the repair. Will know for sure when it rains again.

Once we decided to contract Guerrero Roofing to do the job it took very little time to schedule a start day. It took 2 days to complete the entire job. The roofing crew were courteous, expeditious and cautious. When the job was completed the crew cleaned up the surrounding area to ensure no debris was left behind. A representative came back the next day to comb the area for any nails. Additionally, when we settled our payment, the Guerrero Roofing representative informed us of qualifying rebates we could file for and also completed the necessary forms for any rebates. All in all we were more than satisfied with their service. This was not our first experience with Guerrero Roofing. This was our second time utilizing Guerrero Roofing for our roofing needs. We would recommend them highly. We have had many compliments on our roof and would use them again.

They ripped up a whole section of the roof, and replaced it with new material.

We have used them before to fix roof leak. It seems to be a difficult issue to fix. Another contractor did try to fix but the results were not good. JR Roofing came and fixed about 90% of the issues. They were good in coming back to follow up when there were additional leak complaint by our retail tenant. Perhaps the only complaint is that it takes some time to schedule them to come on site. In some cases, they cannot tell us when they can come on site If it is emergency situation, it is a tough thing. But they do good work and at a reasonable price.

They were very punctual. They did an excellent job in one and a half days. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

They were very nice and they treated us professionally.

From my initial phone call to completion of the project, Guerrero Roofing Co Inc was very helpful. The hard-working staff provided top notch service each step of the way, including help in selecting the color and texture of the shingles and aluminum patio cover to compliment the brick and siding. The roofers worked long hours in the 100-degree heat without complaints or slacking off on the job. They were very courteous and took pride in their work. Guerrero Roofing Co Inc guarantees the quality of work and was reasonably priced.

Guerrero Roofing Company did a very good job on our roof. The whole crew was great. They finished our roof in just one day from start to finish. I felt that they did a high quality job and I was very satisfied with their service.
