Excellent! We were starting construction on a pool in our backyard. When the workers started tractor to start digging, they were attacked by bees. We were told they would not continue until we got rid of the bees. I called several companies and Chaparral was the most economical. John came out in the evening because he said the bees are less active. He sprayed the bees, climbed about 30 up a ladder and discovered the bees had hollowed out the tree and sprayed inside the tree as well. He could have left but he went out to his truck and brought back a bag of cement, mixed and filled in the hole in the tree so if there were any stragglers that came back to the nest they would not be able to get back in. It has been 2 years and the bees have not returned, but the construction crew did and we have a great pool, without any bees to bother us. I have another problem now, or think I do so I plan to call him, found him on Angie's list so decided to write a review because he deserves it. Thanks John

Mr. Megason knows what he's doing, and has always been able to knock out the problems fast, and keep them away. When someone tells me they have regular pest treatments, and still have bugs, I tell them to call Chaparral! I recommend him to everyone I can, and will continue to use him for any pest I have.

It went well. It took him about three weeks because he wanted to make sure he caught all of the animals. He charged me $100 for the first animal and then $35 for each one after, and I thought the price was reasonable.

I've had John from Chaparral coming to my house every 3-6 months for over ten years. He always calls beforehand to remind me that's it's time for service and set up an appointment. I don't think he's ever been late for an appointment the whole time they've been doing our service. He is highly reliable and dependable and I don't feel creepy having him in the house. I also had a roof rat problem when I first moved into this house. Other than asking me if I wanted to see what he caught in the traps (a big NO on that one), he was super about coming over to check the traps and dispose of the critters until they were gone. The cost for this service was approximately $150. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with the service.

Someone always calls us before coming over to make an appointment. We consider the workers professional and have seen no bugs in between visits. I think the price is fair and we have used other folks before and they didn't do as good of a job. We will continue to use them.
