GROUNDS & HOUNDS

Absolutely no problems or worries ever. I live on the southside of San Antonio and have had problems finding pet-sitters willing to travel south of downtown. Prior to calling Grounds and Hounds I interviewed another pet-sitter but did not feel comfortable with them. When I met Brian, I immediately felt I could trust him with my house keys. Brian arranged an initial get-to-know you visit to meet the cats and find out where the food and litter boxes are. He patiently worked with my youngest cat to make sure it ate and to coax it out from under the bed. On one occasion my flight back to San Antonio was delayed so Brian called my cell phone to find out if everything was OK. I know he would have gone and fed my cats if I had not called him back by their normal meal time. Overall, I am very happy to trust Brian with care of my cats and house when I am out of town.
