My 2nd mortgage was sold by Bank of America to Green Tree Servicing several months ago. On 9/9 I realized I had not made my payment for Sept and had not received my bill. I called Green Tree and I was told a statement was not sent out but she could not tell me why. She would take my payment over the phone but there would be a $12.50 charge. There would be a $12.50 charge even if I paid over the automated line. I asked to speak with a supervisor about not receiving my bill. She put me on hold then came back and told me basically my problem was not important enough to speak with a supervisor. No bill; no supervisor; no service. Outrageous!!!

They are an OK company. They really aren't anything special. I really don't remember one time that they were ever great to me. The people there are just very average people. They do what they have to do and that is it. They definitely don t go the extra mile for people as they should.
