Drew did a tune-up on my A/C, which wasn't cooling well.  He was courteous enough to show me a maintenance item that I needed to keep up with, and to explain why it was necessary, so that I would remember to do it.  He's very thorough and conscientious about his work, and really went the extra mile.  He's honest and nice to boot.  
I ended up hiring him for another job not related to the A/C:  building a privacy fence for me.  (Drew is a proficient handyman as well.)  The fence is gorgeous and very well made.  Trees in the way artfully weave through the fence perfectly.  I'm very happy with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.  This wasn't just an ordinary wood fence.
I would definitely recommend him to friends, and I have.
